You don't need to worry about that shit because recruiters only read the first significant ten words on your resume before deciding to keep it or bin it immediately. Make sure to properly structure your resume, this is the most important part, your shit might be getting thrown out simply because you put education first or some other trivial shit.

I figured out that you can just straight up lie about the work experience on your resume and no one will care. All the big companies contract a third party service where some Indian rep is tasked with vetting your credentials but they don’t do shit. You obviously still need to pass the interviews but it at least increases your success rate of getting to that stage of the recruiting process.

I went back to University because the job market is so fucked.

What gets alot of people is that the first line of vetting is done through an algorithm/AI, which you need to take into consideration when applying. For example, some people will upload their resume as a PDF that's one large image (unreadable to the program) vs. one with text. Likewise, you need to game the system with key words that the vetting program is often looking for. Its rare that your application and resume is actually being read by a human, at least initially.

I move around a lot and change jobs often. I find work easily because I will take any job, picking fruit, stacking boxes, digging holes, anything. But one place I couldn't find work for the life of me. Everywhere I applied I got nothing back, temp agencies had nothing for me even though I knew they were putting complete retards with no experience into jobs, twice had friends say I could work with them, it was confirmed by their boss, I just had to wait til a certain date. They would leave me thinking I was just about to start work then at the last minute the boss says we got someone else. There are more stories too that is the tip of the iceberg.

I am highly intelligent, practical, fit and strong, I had unrealistically good references, yet I couldn't even get the most entry level retard manual labour work.

It was a very weird experience for me. If not for that I could easily believe the people who 'can't find work' are just not trying hard enough or refusing to do certain things. I still have no explanation for why that happened, but it can happen.

Anyway, the most egregious thing I saw during that time was an absolute entry level job at a capsicum farm. Just doing labour work, you didn't have to know anything. "Must have previous capsicum related experience". They are the only farm growing them commercially in the entire region, there is no way anyone applying could have had previous capsicum work experience. So what do you do? Just partake in the humiliation ritual and apply anyway? It's crazy. I applied for a kitchen hand job and the guy asked me where do I see myself in 10 years. Not washing dishes for a bald headed faggot like you. Why would that be relevant to such a job? No one with a lot of other options would do that.
