No it isn't. Every human who isn't a literal retard knows the difference between right and wrong. You might try to cope by making up some rationalization for why it's ackshully ok for you do something immoral, but in your heart you know it's wrong.
It basically just boils down to the golden rule: would you want someone to do to you, the thing you are thinking about doing to someone else? You know that it is wrong to lie to, steal from, kill etc. your fellow human beings, because you really wouldn't want anyone to do it to you.
Pretty much all sane religions, moral philosophies, and ethical codes agree on this fundamental premise of morality, and just differ on the smaller details.
If someone doesn't inherently understand the difference between right and wrong, they are a retard no better than any dumb animal. Knowing the difference between right and wrong is what distinguishes us from the other animals.
That is why it isn't considered a sin or crime when animals do things to each other that would be wrong for humans to do to another human.
