It started off as Free Lunch at school then after a while they added Free Breakfast in the morning. Then unbelievably they actually added Free Dinner and were going to have kids come back up to school just to eat a free meal, don't know if it was ever instituted widely but there was talk. They probably intended to bring the kids back up to school on the school busses let them eat a free dinner then drive them home again on the school bus.
