Congress primarily writes and passes legislation. Because laws are made of words and words are often not as objective as we'd like them to be, the job of the courts is to interpret them -- the job of the Supreme Court is to have the final say on laws as written and as interpreted against the Constitution. The executive has an incredibly narrow remit: enforce the laws as written by Congress and as interpreted by the courts. If separation of powers is a foundational concept of the American system (it is), then every branch is supposed to have its own specific duties with little overlap except in constitutionally-delineated avenues to check the other branches.

Immigration notified me immediately through email, physical mail, and in the online portal that if I didn't correct the issues I would be subject to penalty starting with processing delay and ending with removal.

Throughout the process I can check the online portal and receive updates and see whats been submitted and, crucially, what I didn't. This mf sat on his hands doing nothing for years. I dont know if its laziness or incompetence but neither are good. Sucks for him I guess but get him tf outta here.

Bhagat Singh Thind), where a jeet had slithered into USA and then tried to "we wuz Aryan" so he would not be deported.
