Plain leaf powder just gives you a mood boost, mild pain relief and a calming effect without really impairing you. If you take too much you'll just get a nasty headache and nausea. The full spectrum extracts are just a stronger version of this, so it's hard for a noob to dose those without feeling like shit. The 7-OH extracts feel like a low dose of oxycodone. Those are more like a real drug than just a buzz and can give you some nasty withdrawals if you take them daily for a long time, plus they're fucking expensive and ruin your tolerance. Just buy the plain leaf powder (the strain doesn't really matter much) and take like 2-3 grams. Don't take more than that.

It depends on so many things, but assuming its decent strength stuff, with zero tolerance anywhere from 5-7 grams should be enough for you to be heavily relaxed. I would not recommend going over 8 with zero tolerance as there's a chance you'll just end up puking your guts out.

No addiction, no emotional drop-offs as with adderall, zero withdrawal even after a month's break with no thought put into it. I've been taking kratom occasionally for a couple years now (extracts) and haven't gotten hooked. I don't understand how people get hooked on this stuff, although I have a cousin who was.

On another note, I've heard kava helps with the kratom withdrawals. (I use kava sometimes myself and the Wakacon brand on Amazon has always worked for me.)

I went cold turkey on a half decade long gram a day fentanyl habit and it was hell. I'll be ok. It's going to suck ass though. I'm such a retard, I didn't think this stuff was that serious. Btw, when I kicked fentanyl I didn't sleep for 6 days and then someone bought me some powdered kratom, which I made tea out of, and I was able to finally fall asleep within 30 minutes. I still felt like shit, but all of the spasming, intense anxiety and skin crawling went away. I went through a whole large bag in 3 days and never touch the stuff again.. until about a month and a half ago when I decided to try these 7oh tabs... Boy what a mistake that was. 7oh is nothing like raw kratom.

I was on it for 3 years, I used it to get off IV heroin, Kratom had me constantly redosing every 3 hours or I’d be in withdrawal, I unironically switched to smoking blues and easily tapered off those to quit. Fentanyl was actually easier than kratom lol insane if you think about it. Been clean off all opiates and atypical opioids for 2 years now. I just quit marijuana 2 months ago.
