Why Japanese so perfect

check the side of the bag for how many carbs are in that tiny thing. and the wax they use on the noodles is nothing you want in your body
i dont eat it unless I absolutely have to

yes it contains some awful chemical i forgot the name of and i do not think it was monosodium glutimate that was the previous poison in chink food

TBHQ (tert-butylhydroquinone), a food additive used as a preservative, has shown potential health risks, particularly at high doses, and has been linked to various negative effects.

Potential Negative Health Effects:
Cytotoxic and Genotoxic Effects:
.
Studies indicate that TBHQ can cause DNA damage and cell death, particularly in laboratory animals.
Carcinogenic Effects:
.
Some research suggests a potential link between TBHQ exposure and an increased incidence of tumors, especially in the stomach.
Immune System Modulation:
.
Research suggests that TBHQ may impair the immune response, potentially affecting the efficacy of vaccines and increasing susceptibility to infections.
Organ Damage:
.
Excessive consumption of TBHQ has been associated with liver damage, kidney problems, and reproductive system underdevelopment.
Allergic Reactions:
.
Some studies suggest that TBHQ might enhance allergic reactions in mice.

Recent studies result in this overview revealed that TBHQ, BHA, and PG antioxidants have cytotoxic, genotoxic, and carcinogenic effects if absorbed in high doses through the gastrointestinal tract

EWG's analysis of ToxCast data showed that the preservative tert-butylhydroquinone, or TBHQ, has been found to harm the immune system both in animal tests and in non-animal tests known as high-throughput in vitro toxicology testing. This finding is of particular concern during the coronavirus pandemic.

I prefer the korean ones personally.

i have to make sure im 200% hydrated before I eat one of these or its a headache for sure

for the love of god, don't drink all the broth. cook it with plenty of water. way to much salt for one meal

Shin is korean

Nongshim is korean

Ramen was designed to be a survival food after Japan was nuked by the Jews in America.

you are such a fuckin faggot piece of shit, bitch.

The few times I've had it i haven't been impressed. There was no real flavor backing up the heat.

Sorry, they just all look the same to me
I Should have been specific and said buldak

Recently found out I have high blood pressure, high pulse, slightly high cholesterol and really high blood sugar (diabetes). I've been eating the Nongshim kimchi ramen packs several times a week for like 2 years now. Perhaps I should stop eating them. They gave me Ozempic though so now I'm on the Hollywood diet.

Enjoy your blindness

if you use Ozempic long enough, you might develop gastroparesis, making it harder to digest food, be careful

salt

sodium glutamate

flavour identical to natural

spicy shit

Just eaten

if you have IQ over 3 digits you can make your own ramen from scratch

Carb are goyslop, eat in moderation.

However in this fucking jewed economy, no choice.

Several times a week

Holy shit, ramen is junk food..stop eating the slop

Ramen noodles are for subhuman filth.
No nutrients AT ALL. No protein and just plenty of salt and empty carbs. Its bugpeople food and every race who eats that shit looks like retarded midgets.
Thats why ranjeets and bugs always fight over the 6kg dumbells in the gym.

I've read this in a German accent and it's hilarious

I was stick thin my whole life and gained a bunch of weight when I stopped being depressed and could feel dopamine again and food felt good. I kinda developed a little bit of insulin resistance that went away when I started to be healthy again. When I eat instant ramen now I literally feel like ive been hit with a truck and need to lay down for an hour and maybe nap. It is such a refined carb/starch that it's nkt far off from just eating a shitload of sugar. Will definitely benefit from not eating those anymore anon.

Weak faggot
Allergies are wh*te people trait

Nigger Asians have a slight alcohol allergy lmao

that's what americans think "ramen" is

Good lord.

so how long have been student loaning? have you thought about seeing a doctor for that
? you know one who graduated in the 90's and doesn't owe his ass to the fed

Except lactose intolerance

I love shin bowl so much. I’ve been on a diet for like the last year and hadn’t had one since I started but I broke down and bought a pack I like to add chicken and broccoli to it. I highly recommend. It’s not slop if you add healthy things to it.

Ramen is a poor man's food. That's why it only has carbs. If you are rich fag you don't need to eat that slop.

My favorite ramen goyslop. yumm.

I know German anon. Its an emergency food, man. All packed food is bad for health, I know.

I am excellent at cooking. I prefer home-meals. Vegetables. Fruits. Lots of water.

China invented noodles though. What you do if you need emergency food ?

Its an emergency food

Again, there are no nutrients in ramen.
Get flour, dried beef and lentils/beans for emergencys.

I prefer home-meals. Vegetables. Fruits. Lots of water.

For me its literally only eggs, veggies, meat, nuts and dairy products. Some homemade bread from time to time.
Up your protein intake my friend.

ramen BLACKED

carbs 50g

protein 10g

Ramen is wholefood, except it's too salty and fried.

Add bicarb soda to your spaghetti and it gets all curly like ramen, done

It has a single note flavor with no complexity, I prefer the sapporo original flavor to this. Throw in some salad with diced tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and kalamata olives and cut up pepperoni sticks and you got ramen that smells like pizza.
