If you're talking about Apple, you have a point. They are an American company and they make obscene profits, they could afford to increase their presence in America. "But muh profits and shareholders" it's called hybrid costing, you still have the vast majority of your production in China or wherever you want, you have some American manufacturing as a vanity project and you can use it for PR.
If you're talking about Samsung and other foreign companies being brute forced into moving their production to the US, I obviously don't support that as a matter of principle.
