I need to know the real truth because only then can you actually solve problems, by knowing the actual reasons why things happen.
I think this is more understanding the basis of logic and reasoning, I want to learn how to find reasons to things especially problems

If you understand how particle physics work at a tiny level, it helps understand larger systems of energy and matter, I.E. how nerves function, electromagnetism, wave theory, etc. For understanding psychology, starting with the most basic nervous systems in insects and tiny creatures gives you guidelines for the macro-level functions in the human brain and how, for example, changes in the brain express themselves as disorders.
