It’s not Brit’s per se. If you’re a local in a tourist town you get it. Your city just sells you up the river every chance they get to bring in more tourism more business more population. The city starts as a nice charming town.. that’s why people visit there. But there’s not a lot of services. Slowly more services get installed, Home Depot, McDonald’s, Starbucks ect until all the charm that made the town a destination in the first place is completely gone. People start moving in droves to these once semi remote locations and the $ they bring outcompetes the local $ for housing/ business etc l. The interlopers get on city councils and start turning your town ore into the ones they left and the locals turn into a sort of underclass. Your once quaint ideal life is turned into a cookie cutter strip mall, housing development/ houses right on top of one another dystopian nightmare.

If your local economy has lower prices than the global average market, someone with money will come there and buy things and amortize the cost of relocating them with bulk purchasing. That's just the world we live in. There is no "local economy" anymore. If all of their jobs are in the tourism industry, that's because there's nothing else there that people with excess money want. If you kill the tourism industry in a place that only has a tourism industry, you have nothing left. Unless they're protesting because the local authorities declined to open a nuclear power plant because of tourism interests, all they're asking for is for their only meaningful employment opportunities to go somewhere else and leave them with nothing. Yeah, the prices went down after the industry left — because every person left, every job left, every company left, everything that made it attractive to investors left.

The main reason for this is the difference in pricing. Alcohol is INCREDIBLY cheap in Spain compared to the UK. What you essentially see are young degenerated niggerised English youth shitting all over certain places such as Benidorm, Ibiza and Tenerife (the English equivalent of Vegas basically), while older generations colonise the countryside, buying up cheap property, robbing locals of a chance to get on the property ladder, outbidding them for just about everything. That's insult enough - but what Brits often do is then go home, living in Spain when the weather is bad in the UK and fucking off back home during the summer.

None of these people speak Spanish. They're about as decadent, lazy and degenerated as you can imagine. They're the reason why many Europeans hate the British. I'm embarrassed to be British because of these people.

I experienced a microcosm of this in the US living in a resort town in the US. It's incredibly blackpilling to live in a place where the only available jobs are hotels/resorts making pennies while all the homes in your area were bought by non residents and empty 95% of the year while you have no hope of ever owning one.
