I used to be a corporate trainer and they're awful in every position.

They were awful tech support. Never had any patience for customers never knew how to solve anything. They'd take naps on shift and sleep right through expecting to get paid and calling it a sick day. When they got fired for incompetence they'd blame you like you hadn't spent the past month teaching them because they expected you to do it for them.
The ones who made it to leadership were worse in a different way. If someone took a sick day they demanded they come in on their days off to do more (we got paid as a company for cheeks in seats not based on call volume). They'd always talk down to anyone on their staff. Tried to get non jeets fired but refused to do anything about the incompetent jeets no matter how bad they were

100% every single one i ever met. And we hired basically everyone without a criminal record so there was a LOT of jeets. No one ever wanted to sit near any of them because they just didnt clean themselves. If you ever were in the restroom youd easily notice none of them ever washed their hands either.

The company I work for has its IT area basically 75% Indian at this point. A mix of brought into the US and offshored to India.
The higher management chains are mostly Indian in this area too. Not too hard to see why so much is Indian but you're racist if you mention it.
The systems are barely hanging on and each deployment day there's always multitudes of issues.
I imagine many other large and medium tech heavy companies are doing the same.

At this point I'm just holding on for the pay check and waiting to be let go.
I used to care about the state of things but really the only way out is having these big companies fail once all this shit gets to a point where customers can't stand the products/services for being so shitty.
