I work at one of the largest American companies. It's an 80+ year old company. The number of 65-75yo boomers lounging around because they can't be fired is *insane*.
And the amount of money they're making is out of control. I work with a guy who does nothing at all. Nothing. He's so useless they let him hire a 'junior' who does all of his work for him.
He will update spreadsheets all day making it look like he's busy, but he does nothing. And in the 6 years I've worked with him, he's never contributed anything at all. He makes $225k and has a pension waiting.
The worst part is that when I have asked him for help, or information about older processes and systems, it's very clear that he has *never* known how any of this works. He's just been chilling in this department flying under the radar for decades.

Well no, they're not "rich", a lot of them have Jewish credit of some kind (personal loans, credit cards, or worse a "reverse mortgage"). Even my grandparents (that were poorer by today's lifestyle standards), they still passed on some savings and houses to my parents. It absolutely amazed me how my uncle, who had a perfectly good, completely inflated salary at a semi-state job, where he couldn't be fired and had a pension pot valued at 850k when he left (as soon as he could having done the absolute minimum in contributions). He inherited a house when his aunt died at 23. And then a third of house when his mother died. So it's easily a million in terms of just money he definitely got with little effort. And that's not including his salary. The house is absolutely filled to the brim with expensive junk. How he's managed to blow through all that money at 68 still baffles me. He never drank or did drugs. He doesn't gamble or anything like that. It just seems like whenever he'd made the minimum contribution and paid all his expenses like mortgage or whatever he'd just blow it on a brand new guitar he didn't need or some new designer clothes or some bullshit like this. Speaking only in psychological terms, sadly i must disagree, even at 44 the lack of any father or mother figure in my life continues to affect my mood and positivity. It would be very bolstering, to have a family meeting and look across the room and see more than cold eyes and disparagement after a lifetime of zero co-operation or assistance.
Plus, my kids growing up with no grandparental interest, continues, the lack is persistent for example with my 7 year old, she will not be as much of a person as she would if she had loving grandparents i'm sure.

I've lived in or around this city my whole life. I've been to other cities as well. I can say, without a doubt, that the boomers here (and consequently a significant portion of later generations (I'm a millennial for context)) are self destructive in a way others aren't. The city used to have significance in production, steel specifically, and surrounding areas produced glass. All of that glory was sold off like everywhere else. What replaced it was medical research (the great satan) and literal faggots and degenerates. The people here all have an extremely odd lack of light in their eyes. I'm convinced it's a combination of the water and nonstop propaganda convincing everyone that everything is great and glorious here while actively destroying and/or sullying the historical culture here.

Let me give you a few examples: the classical German neighborhood called "Deutschtown" (because of all the Germans that lived there) has been turned into projects for niggers. There are no ethnic Germans or their descendents that live there anymore. It's all niggers. There's of course the furry convention every year that the boomers LOVE because it's so "exotic" and "harmless fun". There's the drug problem that has gotten so bad that there's people standing in the middle of extremely busy intersections, passed out and hunched over. While this sounds like a typical city problem, and it is, I have yet to see anyone complain. It's gotten so bad that cops quit and the police chief is ignoring the problem to coach high school football, but it was never reported. I only heard because I overheard a cop discussing it. It was buried. The majority of the ER patients that go into the hospital I work at are drug addicts that shoot up right outside the doors and in front of the schools and children's museum before they shamble back to one of 3 massive homeless camps (and this is just in the Northside).

The baseball team, the Pirates, are one of the most profitable MLB franchises, but one of the worst teams. The baseballl stadium was paid for by tax dollars. The city is draining life, culture, money, and health from everyone who lives here and the people love it. They love dying without having lived. They love the memory of what we were more than being that.
