An hour conversation with your future boss and co-workers gives you the opportunity to actually sell yourself and show what you're capable of versus trying to guess which keywords the system is parsing your resume for.

What job are you applying for? Some job, especially customer facing ones, unfortunately require you to be good looking and neurotypical. It is an unfortunate fact of life and you can no more change that than you can change your height or gender. Learn what you're good at and what pays well and do that as a job, don't chase your dreams.

The AI can be made to be unbiased with regard to a person's physical appearance.

Get a job where you can work alone most of the time. Alternatively, hit the gym.
