not really. they've produced a lot of the stuff over the decades. people who never been inside a factory don't realize how much raw material is processed and final product is produced in even one single manifacturing plant. there's lots of them, running 24/7 for many decades
there's the waste products from the production process, and eventually also the produce is discarded after it's purpose has been fulfilled and incineration has long been, and in many places still is the standard for dealing with trash
