If God exists, why doesn't he reveal himself to us to prove that he is real?

Then Why is there Evil?

Was pain, suffering, evil all part of God's plan? No, it wasn't. So why did he allow it. For two simple reasons: Sovereignty and Integrity.

Sovereignty

When the snake(Satan) approached Eve again he told her that God was lying and that she WOULD NOT DIE if she ate the fruit. That she would know good and evil and become like God herself. That's why Satan's name is Satan the Devil. It's not his real name. Nobody knows his real name. Satan means "Slanderer" and Devil means Rebel. He was the first to lie, the first to slander and blasphem God, and the first to rebel. Why did Satan want Adam, Eve, and himself to rebel? Because of Sovereignty. The right to rule. Satan STOLE God's sovereignty over humanity by tricking Adam and Eve that THEY would be their own sovereigns themselves by knowing good and evil and "become like God." They would govern themselves and decide their own moral code. God could have destroyed the rebels but he chose not to so they could present their challenge.

Can man rule himself and give himself paradise given time?

Can Satan rule mankind and be their God instead of Jehovah?

Can man bring himself into prosperity, peace, order, and happiness by himself?

These were all challenges to God's sovereignty. So God stepped back, let mankind rule themselves, while the devil secretly ruled them. God's challenge to them and all currently mankind is "prove it."

After Adam Eve, Cain Abel, Noah Flood, Sodom and Gomorrah and RIGHT BEFORE the rise of Moses and the 10 Plagues was the issue of Job. At the time JOB WAS THE ONLY GOD APPROVED PERSON ON EARTH. That's right, nobody was good on Earth except Job. Satan noticed that for a while there always continued to be humans loyal to God and wondered why. He reasoned up above that it was because God was bribing them with rewards, pleasures, and nice things. That humans were only loyal to God for rewards and not for sincere love of him. Satan challenged God in from of the angels to "thrust out your hand" and "hurt" him. Deny him all good things and watch as how Job turns against him. "Skin on behalf of skin" means that a man will throw away all of God's moral standards to save their own life. So God has allowed Satan to inflict pain and suffering on humanity to prove that humans will be loyal to God IN RETURN FOR NOTHING.

Good news though. This system of pain in suffering is almost over.

The reason why God won't just reveal himself to the world is because humanity has to prove they don't need no God to prosper and bring themselves to Star Trek Federation utopia. They don't need no God for world peace and order. If everyone knew God existed then they would have no motivation to govern themselves. As long as humanity is convinced there is no God humanity continues in survival mode failing to bring itself to utopia.

Thus, when Armageddon comes that's when the matter will be settled and humanity will be brought to submission by God himself.

If god is ALL KNOWING then there is no test and everything is predetermined anyways. He would have to know what decisions you are going to make. Unless you're saying there is a limit to god's knowledge.

It is like that movie Hellraiser but without the horror, the creator god will reveal itself to you if you solve the forbidden puzzle. It lives in a strange realm consisting entirely of sentient black light. In this realm there is a gigantic orb, a kind of sun, made of sentient brilliant black light. The creator lives inside that orb. It looks like a thunderhead or nebula. In popular culture this entity is called The Black Sun. The pajeets call it Brahma.

He did that already, but you don't believe His Word.

It's also just logic to know that God is. Without God, nothing would have been created, this entire existence is an engineering masterpiece.
Nothingness can not create. Your god, the nothingness, does not exist.

Of course you want Almighty God to come to you personally, to prove to your unrepentant rebellious soul that the one who is really is. You misunderstand the relationship though. He does not need you and you are the one who is in delusion, you need Him. But without humility, which atheists lack, you won't have your personal revelation of God.

God's selective foreknowledge is only associated in the Bible with free will and the freedom of humans to make choices whether good or bad. Not the inability to see the future but censoring himself from people's individual choices. .

These verses below give people the freedom to choose right from wrong and either obey or disobey.

Here Jehovah admits lack of knowledge of specific individuals or people based on their choices or future choices.

Genesis 22:12; Genesis 11:5-8; Ge 18:20-22; Exodus 3:7; Joshua 22:22; Psalm 14:22

Here you can hurt God's feelings for the bad choices you make. It is not possible to get your feelings hurt when you knew and allowed someone in the future to do something you WANTED to happen. So it's obvious God censored himself from these people's choices and as a result they hurt his feelings AFTER they committed their wrong deeds.

Here you can make God REGRET!! Regret is only possible when a certain outcome you expected results in something unexpected. God had certain expectations for people but instead he felt regret after their actions changed those expectations. God cannot make mistakes but those around him can AND DO!! As a result they can make him regret their existence or position he put them in.

Conclusion
Jehovah's selective foreknowledge is based only in free will and making good or bad choices. Outside of that he can see everything.

Jehovah just chooses not to see the futures of individuals BY CHOICE. Its the equivalent of your parents respecting your privacy growing up when they stayed out of "your" room, drawers and closets. Remember that "your" room is really theirs since they own the house. However, out of love and to show you they trust you they gave you your own personal space and let you manage it on your own without them constantly monitoring you and flipping your mattress over every day like a prison cell. They chose to risk you doing something wrong or hiding something bad in there.

God did the same thing. He chose to respect your privacy(future) by censoring himself of it.

God is not testing you. You, your family, and I are all innocent bystanders in a millennium long debate. That debate is ending soon and the Earth will be transformed into the paradise Adam and Eve forsook. It will happen within your lifetime.

It's not a test, it's A DEMONSTRATION of freedom FROM GOD. Jehovah knows humanity will fail, BUT, humanity doesn't know it HAS failed. God wants to demonstrate to humanity and angels what freedom FROM GOD looks like.
