uhhh. No. I was 13 and lived north of lake charles. The storm absolutely destroyed everything. We did not see a food,gas or anything sort of logistics truck for a week and the power did not come back on for almost 2 months and everything was a muddy fucking warzone. and the fucking mosquitos it was awful. we spent the second night sleeping in hallway closet while my dad had a shotgun at the door because there was shooting outside all fucking night like every 5 minutes a gunshot. scary shit
