something about boulder really is weird. I had the same feeling. spent a few weeks there. it has a really really off feeling about it. something about that region of colorado has kind of a crazy feeling about it. columbine shooting, aurora, boulder, colorado springs shooting, there's some kind of aura of mass murder in these mountain suburb towns.

walking around that campus it's like paradise. hot women who love skiing. fun easygoing attitude, mostly. kind of that standard really far left politics but also weirdly far right sometimes. but something just feels off. it's not like california or new england or something. it has a totally different feeling.

I spent a month in arizona and about half of it driving around small towns in the middle of nowhere. totally changed my views on race relations. the indians there are actually pretty based and the ones I ran into at least liked white people a lot. this guy literally tried to get me to fuck his daughter. I was living in flagstaff on my friends couch. did about 2 weeks there then I started driving and sleeping in my car. went everywhere from las vegas, which fucking sucked and I don't want to go back, to those rez's on the west side of new mexico. I didn't spend much time in new mexico and we never went down to phoenix or those southern regions. he took me down to sedona which was great. that whole region was great. I spent a long time driving around the rez's and hanging out with guys. they all love to chill and drink beer which makes it easy to hang out.
