I could literally run a business in the EU economic zone and focus on being number 1 in customer service and I could survive no matter the industry or what China and Trump tariffs are doing.

Just be number 1 in customer service. Not the best 4 star hotel but the friendliest 3 star. Mid grade can survive and thrive in a global economy by winning at customer service. Many such industries have lost the mid grade. Concert venues no longer have mid venues and there's a shortage of mid strains in legal marijuana. I could start a car company and sell mid grade cars with right to repair at less than $30-50,000.00 and as long as I have customer care ingrained into the sales teams and do not bullshit the customer I will thrive.
