Advancements in health care have led to an explosion in cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc, because it has reduced the selective pressure against these traits. People will evolve to be more and more unhealthy and more reliant on health care until our entire economy revolves around health care(it's already about 15% of the first world's gdp).

The thing the diseases you list all have in common is that they take decades to develop (due to accumulation e.g. of arterial plaque, cellular damage, amyloids, etc.; or simply the fact that all non-zero probabilities approach 1 given enough time). If you manage not to die from injuries, infections, etc., for long enough, you will die of a slow progressing chronic illness instead, as you must die eventually.
You can't have evolution like that in two generations. Even if you could, diseases that almost never occur during most people's fertile years can scarcely affect evolution as their genes are already selected or not by then (they can affect kin selection but this gets weaker the later in life it occurs; healthy grandparents might improve a child's fitness but an adult's hardly at all; healthy great-grandparents even less so)
