Why don't they just use some magnets tied around a lasso, with a blanket on top of it, so that you can either block the drone's view? And if that doesn't work, the magnets will attach to the drone so you can throw it away using the rope. Try shooting a gun some time, even non-moving targets are difficult to hit unless you have a calm and sturdy stance to shoot from. Erratic moving targets at close range are practically impossible to hit with standard bullets, your muscles can't even react in time to follow the target.
