So let's say I go to a factory that's used to making car parts here in the US and actually convince them to take on a toy project, and they hire painters(nothing I could afford because I'm one person and this would be multiple people worth). The painters would still be brand new and completely inexperienced at this kind of work, and using paints that chip off and deteriorate quickly because paints that are strong enough to survive a kid bashing them around are not legal here in the US.

The problem is that tea is one of those things, similar to wine grapes, where the exact geographical provenance, the slight differences in climate, the year-on-year variations in growing conditions, even things like jassid infestations all affect the taste in different ways.
