Are supplements placebo?

Are supplements placebo?
I have tried so many supplements in my whole life.
I have tried at least 35 different nutrients.
Only these are working:

D3 + K2
Fish oil
Zinc
Iron
Magnesium glycinate
L-theanine
B complex (B12 methyl)

The ones that I take almost every day are D3K2 and fish oil. Sometimes, I take L-theanine and B complex if there is a big meeting.
also post your stack Anon Babble the jews want you to get sick and die early.
i havent tried nac , it barely exist here

no, but some are low quality / trash
you should supplement max

Working for what? What are you trying to achieve?

Only supplement that I could consistently feel working without a shadow of a doubt is tongkat ali. Within hours I was the most relaxed I'd been in months, and it's still working months later. Some noticeable athletic performance gains too

Zinc

make sure you get enough copper

Iron

are you anemic or a woman? shouldn't need to supp iron otherwise and instead eat some red meat

you want better bodily functions

Morning

D3+K2

Lunch

Fishoil

Dinner

Zinc/Selenium

If you eat more than 2 types of food amd go outside every once in a while then you should be fine.

The only thing worth taking is D3+K2 if you live somewhere with long nights in the winter months like Finland, I take them here in Scotland it makes the suicidal inducing winters fractionally less taxing but it's not really doing much. Anything else is a con. Fish oil maybe if you have money to waste but honestly just fix your diet and using some protein powder and you don't need this shit.

Yes other than D and maybe omega-3 which is negated by getting rancid trash. Potassium, Iron, C, etc if you are sick in the hospital or eat like a retard.

D3 + K2

S-tier

Fish oil

S-tier

Zinc

A-tier

Iron

only if youre a woman. red meat is a great source from actual food.

Magnesium glycinate

A-tier

L-theanine

better from green tea.

B complex (B12 methyl)

most people are hardly deficient unless ur a vegan

The ones that I take almost every day are D3K2 and fish oil.

yes

also post your stack

i tried many things but now im down to
d3 (10k every other day) + natto (k2)
fish oil + sardines
zinc

I only take Iodine and Potassium Chloride

you are weak
you should be taking a bow of pills every day

also forgot vit c slow release 3 times a day

Besides whey protein I only use creatine because it's the most researched supplement and actually has proven benefits.

I eat sardines every day for omega 3 but also because it's a good ans cheap source of protein.

I don't take any vitamins or minerals. Too much scamming in that industry.

Needs moar creatine. You could probably get rid of all of these and substitute testosterone injections

creatine will make your hair fall
and whey is literally trash

Unless you work outside every day it's probably worth supplementing D3 all year round in the UK. It's also difficult to maintain optimal serum magnesium levels through diet alone

I'm a Biomedical Scientist and my lecturers in college used to say that supplements and multivitamins and so on were all useless unless you are old or sick. If you are average person in your 20s, 30s or 40s they said taking them was basically placebo.

vitamin C is a real game changer.

memeflag opinion

Into the trash where it belongs

creatine will make your hair fall

Nah that's BS.

And whey is literally the highest quality protein you can get. Also cheapest.

I think magnesium taurate had a true effect on me. I started jacking off way more. Like 5 times a day.

Magnesium taurate = gooner fuel

See:

whey is byproduct of cheese making
they flush in the drain
you are eating trash

that 100% verified fact, you will go bald from creatine

What are some S tier stack

Creatine bloat your face ,

The ones that I take almost every day

Why? Does it make you feel better? If you go off them do you notice? Is your diet that bad you need supplements?

Im a schizo i take a variety of supplements for brain health, and it works wonders, i have more grey matter than what i used to and a more healthy mind.
Supplements do work, but you gotta make sure you dont cheap out and that you get the correct supplements.

I have asked myself the exact same question, did my research and concentrated on things the "experts" (whatever the fuck that means) said. I came up with a nearly identical list. Slight difference maybe worth mentioning: I prefer to get my Omega 3s in natural form, I just eat a can of Sardines a day and don't think about my Omega 3 levels anymore, I think I covered that base. I don't take Iron, I think I get enough from meat and I love to eat liver. Other than that, we're pretty much on the same page.
Tell me, Finnbro, does everyone up north supplement with Vitamin D, or are there people who just raw dog the Scandi conditions? Sometimes I think about those Somalians in Sweden and elsewhere and I can't help but laugh and think to myself: Do these guys know that they feel like shit because they have a severe Vitamin D deficiency? Then I think to myself: Do these guys even know what Vitamin D is? The probably haven't got a clue, lol.

you will go bald from creatine

Been taking it since I was 15 and nearly 25 years later, my hair is very good

Only modafinil that work for brain
But its nootropic it cant be taken daily

Interesting thread. My poojeet dr is pressuring me to get a blood test done. I really fucking don't want to. But is the old fashioned blood test the only way to know how healthy someone really is?

bloat your face

And? Who's going to say anything when you're benching four plates. Or you can keep being an effeminate woman.

modafinil keeps you awake and thats it, it doesnt improve cognitive abilities

If you’re like genuinely deficient in something it will probably show up there in some way.

Yes. Why wouldn't you? How else will you know if you're deficient in anything?

that's because you are a woman
but don't worry women will go bald to taking it

It can give you important info about your health, more info is always better.

only a very brown person could write something this retarded

D3, zinc, C vit, magnesium glycinate and sometimes melatonin.
All on high doses, recommend dose is stealing your money

Horny goat weed blend, Zinc and pygeum all work for boners
Yohimbe seemed to boost test and made my body temp higher
K/d3 helped with bleeding gums

I'm sure I'm deficient in many things. Might need some supplements too

What are sum cognitive stack?

Fish oil is literally poison

I don't really care if you take them our not. I'm just telling you what I was told in college.

Bullshit

Doctors don't even know what the Recomended Daily Allowance is of a lot of minerals
Some things can be taken at 10x or even 100x the amounts that are given by regular doctors

also forgot vit c slow release 3 times a day

The problem with vit c is it gets outcompeted by sugars for absorption. If you're eating a normal amount of carbs for a modern western person you're almost completely blocking vit c uptake. It's sort of like the reverse of the situation with SSRIs/anti-anxiety meds using antihistamines to saturate binding sites so the active compound only goes to the receptors that are important and don't get wasted on receptors that also grab them but aren't responsible for the desired neurotransmitter effect.

It works. Doctors and big pharma don't want to cure people unless they can keep people on meds for the rest of their lives. Even for the meds that work, they will figure out how to renew patents that lasted for decades and then raise the price 500%. Look up Colcrys (colchicine) which is for gout patients. Went from pennies per pill to $5 a pill. Tell me sugar pills would make their inflammation and excruciating pain go away. It won't. But people with gout can take tart cherry, celery seeds all to bring down the uric acid. Some even drink coconut water because its full of potassium which they are deficient in to keep gout away.

People with type 2 diabetes should try Berberine to keep their blood sugar levels down, there is weight loss properties as well rather than taking metformin for the rest of their lives or now doctors are prescribing Ozempic for people with diabetes.

Fadogia Agrestis and Tonkat Ali, you want big balls and high testosterone OP? They did research that fish oil pills are kind of useless and create no impact.

Look I dunno. I'm just telling you what my lecturers used to say to us in college. I don't really care personally if people take them or not.

stomach is absolutely trash after a bad sickness. yes i know diet is essential. what supplements can help. i have to take a bunch of psyllium husk fiber.

Look up ginger chews. Ginger helps with that stomach ache and indigestion as well as motion sickness. People also say peppermint oil. Maybe Yakult probiotics?

stomach is absolutely trash after a bad sickness.

I probably won't be able to give you advice, but someone else might if you described the problem in a more precise manner. "My stomach is absolute trash" isn't really much help.
