I’ve been both a teacher and university lecturer. I’m well aware of the education problem. It’s probably our biggest domestic problem. Education is pretty much a leftist factory right now. My hope is that this Trump admin resorts to increasingly drastic measures to make these universities downsize if not reform. I could lose my job but it needs to be done for our nation.

OP, just want to let you know that when I was a kid, the most popular man in my elementary school was the lead janitor. Big happy black guy named Tony, and everyone called him Tony the Tiger. All the kids loved him, he was like a celebrity. It was a pretty big school with a huge outdoor campus, so if kids ever saw him changing out a trash can kids would point and say "There's Tony the Tiger!"
During the 6th grade plays, in between set changes Tony would come out and sweep the stage to get it ready for the next act, and the kids in the audience would go apeshit. He'd get thunderous applause just from walking around the stage sweeping it.
The only saving grace is that kids are naturally rebellious and most will turn into the polar opposite. The current crop of young people are the most conservative since the "Silent Generation" (Boomer's super hard-core parents)
