The switch isn't really designed to be played outside of the home or taken out and played.

Well the thing with the switch 2 is that even though it has more power, a lot of that power won't be utilized. The new lcd can handle 120 hertz, but almost no game will actually run on 120 fps, so it's a waste of resources. Same as the 4k dock, most games will not run on 4k natively. They'll be upscaled, which my switch 1 already does. The screen also lacks oled, I play a lot of dark games so I like pure black levels. The switch 2 won't have any of that, the chat button is useless without paying for it, the games don't actually look better apart from that new From Software game and older switch games will not be backwards compatible without emulation. Which means not every game will work and not every game will work well. Not to mention the shitty camera, and the shitty new game cards that don't actually have any games on them.

I'd say wait for the oled version. This thing isn't looking too good.

Kek this is underrated

The switch is complete garbage. My 5 year old plays on one. The last set of joycons I bought lasted all of 4 months for $70. Even worse, browsing the store to buy him a new game takes fucking forever because for some reason nintendo still hasnt into internet. Its such an objective piece of shit. The only way you could enjoy it is by lying to yourself while you remember the nostalgia of playing gamecube or older nintendo systems.
