HAPPENING: HELICOPTER CRASH AT HUDSON RIVER

Amerimutts literally cannot go one month without an aviation incident. It's impossible

Where's the tail? Did something hit it mid air?

it be that way with glow niggers

The only thing powerful enough to kill an American is another American

who'd the masons off this time?

Tail gone, looks like rotors gone too, maybe tailspin snapped them off?

They could still live. I did shit like this in GTA all the time, landing in water usually will keep you safe.

New Yorkers are exposed to such horrors every day that the bystanders weren't phased when a helicopter plummeted from the sky.

Again?

Nbc reports Two senior law enforcement officials with direct knowledge of the matter say at least five are dead out of the six people on board the helicopter that crashed in the Hudson River after it broke apart in mid-air.

At least some of the victims, the officials say, were family members visiting from Spain.

No identifications have been released.

It was a tourist helicopter

Dominick Cognata was walking along the West Side Highway to retrieve a flag football when a loud sound he'd never heard before caught his attention over by the New Jersey side of the river.

"It sounded like, like a engine just dying...and I just turned I look, and I saw the helicopter crash and splashing to the water," Cognata told NBC News.

He called 911, using Pier 40 as a reference point but saying it was hard to provide other details since there are no street signs near the walkway where he was. When Cognata got off the phone, he tried to film the helicopter but it appeared to have already sunk into the water.

americans are fucking incompetent, jesus christ

"It sounded like, like a engine just dying.

lmao, it had no tail. engine was fine, just missing a different piece.

The main and tail rotor failing simultaneously has never happened in civil aviation history. Blade offers one way helicopter trips for $195 /pp. I think it was an inside job personally and I'm curious to see who was on board.

This would be like the wings falling off an aircraft; everything else would fail before that happened. Not even the most egregious DEI shit could have resulted in this.

0/10 no tail

God dammit

houthis did this or iran or something

They said spanish family on board 6 persons total, tourist helicopter, 5 confirmed dead

missing carlos.jpg

kill yourself tranny

Mechanic here! This was 100% caused by metal fatigue in the planetary gearset with a crack thats been allowed to develop over long time until it finally snapped. Failure of the planetary gear will cause the rotor to disconnect from the driveshaft with enormous momentum, so it probably cut off the tail immediately with the angle it fell of in.

This happen every week all over the world sadly and is one of the main causes of fatal helicopter accidents where pilot error is not involved.

My deepest and thoughtful hearts and prayers out to the families and friends of the victims <3

when a loud sound he'd never heard before

what the fuck bullshit is this

We need DEI back, it was the only thing keeping our aircraft from malfunctioning

Yeah i figured fatigue but the pg makes sense, good job
Rip frens

wtf how do you lose the rotor like that?

Esl writers at nbc now, they have gud englash

They run off of separate gearboxes and the main rotor clearly had enough momentum to keep spinning. The main rotor also wouldn't slam down onto the tail because they'd instantly lose altitude.

Fren explains one possibility

Seems weird helicopter flipped upside down, is that normal in these accidents?

I was the one flying, we are fine

Somehow didn't see that before, thanks!

WHAT RACE WAS THE PILOT?

-PHIL

Where did the tail and the propellor go?

Fren suggests this

AMERICANS

it broke off

nothing to do with the pilot yum yum
this was a maintenance issue

thanks RIP Helicopter man

drone hit lol

Fuck. Do you it snapped during the freefall or caused the freefall after snapping..

Hahaha, probably some beaner mechanic. Oh well. Sucks to be them.

Actually that's possible, but i think fren may be right

Fuck. The last moments of the crew were certainly horrifying.

the rotor is upright and still in spinning in motion so its 100% the latter

That explanation doesn't work if it was just the Jesus bolt popping off. Pilot error explanation is control was lost somehow and the main rotor was put at such an extreme angle to hit the tail. Which, very, very rarely has happened before. Doesn't explain why the rotor didn't break into pieces after impact and we can see it fluttering and rotating into the water.

I guess I'd add, there's some reports of him flying "erratically" according to eyewitnesses. I think the engine exploding makes more sense based off how the top of the fuselage looks upside-down.

I DON'T THINK SO. ITS ALWAYS SPEAR CHUCKERS CRASHING AIR CRAFT INTO THINGS.

-PHIL

they’re Spanish

RIP bill burr.

this was a maintenance issue

Deep dive on the company, FAA records are all public. Niggers with wrenches. Another bunch of whites killed by niggers.

You could say the tourists on board got caught in a tourist trap

Another fren offers this too

Wow finally a good carlos

3 adults and 3 children
may they rest in peace
hope the family sues

3 adults

including the pilot :(

Tail or main rotor snapped (Prob the tail) and hit into the other, which could explain why it itself was spinning somewhat.

Doesn't explain why the rotor didn't break into pieces after impact and we can see it fluttering and rotating into the water.

This. Separated intact, fucking thing was still generating lift as it opened the distance.
Still in balance as well.

Weird to watch.

poor kids holy fuck

family members visiting from (((Spain.)))

hmmmmm

The family was from Spain
3 kids, their parents and the pilot.
F

unironically good tail anon post

gas turbine eats itself

anon thinks this has no catastrophic consequences

This was a maintenance issue. Or sabotage.

There is nothing you could physically do as a pilot that would cause this. This is mechanical failure

So DEI-mechanics. Explains everything

He didn't fly so good

Dios mio

Also what are all the poles?

Vax status?

This was a maintenance issue

Hope they remembered to tighten the stay-bolts here. Otherwise the shaft would seize and destroy itself. Tail would come apart and if the drive gears jammed at-speed the kinetic energy in the main rotor would snap the pinion assembly.

025_182953.jpg - 857x564, 84.85K

i think they probably just didn't remove an old wooden pier?

Didn't you guys lose a war against chickens?

The ONE time that russian would have actually been useful....Good kek.

gahhhhhhhhhhh! wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cut more FAA jobs! This is all part of Musk's plan. Trump wants to crash 20% of our air fleet so he can renegotiate

Hollum is that you?

how does a helicopter just disintegrate into pieces like that without hitting something?

How'd it lose its tail?

A tariff hit it

Turns out when there isn't anything to hit nearby it doesn't hit anything.
Joke answer aside...
Rotating assembly rapid onset unplanned disassembly.

gahhhhhhhhhhh! wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you look at this
It looks like the transmission unit separated from the airframe.

Not blade or rotor damage, it was still in balance and spinning as it went down.

Mechanical sabotage or an explosion. Or somehow the main rotor was wobbly enough to reach such a steep angle to slice off it's tail, maintain momentum and detach itself without breaking apart. Which, I think is unlikely. But they'll be able to tell what happened pretty quickly. There's gonna be evidence of an explosion on the fuselage pieces or evidence of some sort of rotor-tail boom collision.

Are you the glownigger VPN'ing to Norway all day long? Sliding and shilling all day long with your new VPN. You're a dirty fucking subversive kike aren't you? You just copy and pasted that from your boss.

good, I hope some silver spoon faggot that didn't earn it died in that crash

Damn anon, the submersible implosion feels like yesterday. Cool it with the bloodthirst, I think these niggers got whacked.

helicopters really aren't safe

Good I hope some silver spoon faggot that didn't earn it died in that crash!!!!

Can somebody grab the frame of fusalage upside down and flip the image? Then we can at least compare how much is gone from.it.

Or somehow the main rotor was wobbly enough to reach such a steep angle to slice off it's tail

Nope. In video you can see the rotor spinning just fine. It would have come apart if it hit something. Tail shaft seized, torqued the tail off.

Just had to go do some rich dad shit. Another case where you let the money get you killed

That was basically this anon's theory. It's interesting but unlikely imo.

OP is a lying Chink tranny

The lungepresse is in cahoots with China

execute everyone in mainstream media for treason

What's that white thing?
Please tell me it's not a sculpture.

vid is too low ql to make out

I was thinking some kind of existing fatigue crack in the fuselage that failed due to poor maintenance, but it makes more sense that it would be a heavy gear that failed and caused the tail rotor to go flying. The impact at the angle and speed itself doesn't look like it was immediately fatal so hopefully they had their seatbelts on, weren't critically injured and were coherent enough to exit the helicopter and get rescued. Although I'm not really sure how helicopters work and if there was any ability to open the doors / equalize pressure before drowning. Supposedly the Hudson river has an average depth of 30 feet, so it seems survivable.
Update: I'm waiting for the bullshit 900 second timer and looked at some news stories. Apparently it was the pilot and a family of 5 spanish tourists including 3 children. 5 are confirmed dead and one has been transported to the hospital in unknown condition. I really hope it was one of the children that made it. Imagine losing all of your children and your spouse in a freak accident and being the only survivor.
Update: Apparently all 6 perished.
Update: The CEO of the company is Michael (((Roth))) and they leased the aircraft
RIP in peace

That was basically this anon's theory

Found my pdf.
Does this look anything like what is hanging from the bottom of the rotors in both videos?

i noticed when this story was first posted, in every thread within minutes of the OP being posted, there was a link to a seemingly instantly-produced tabloid story claiming the passengers were "spanish tourists"

Helicopters is hard.

this is gonna make the news in spain. They always cover accidents and attack in foreign countries where spanish citizens are attacked. But this one is especially poignant, entire family die in NYC of all places.
I remember those rides if I remember correctly the rates are something like 300 bucks for 15 minute ride. Not for everybody but for a one off thing I can see some middle-upper mid class family doing it

They probably didn't have time to register much of anything.

i think the whole engine snapped off

You had me going for a second, I almost fell for it.

Right about where the #1 bearing support bracket is.

-4-2025_1932.jpg - 497x640, 62.11K

looks like missing engine to me

Reddit would have gone wild for that joke

looks like missing engine to me

Going through the shop book for 206s.
Not to be a complete prick but do you think they may have fucked up bolting the boom back on. The missing tail came off right at the fucking bolt-plate!

DEI maintenance.
You just can't run a modern society where the average IQ drops below 100.

can't we please ban helicopter tour rides? and second of all, it's fucking cloudy and foggy, terrible weather conditions. we have virtual reality where you can view manhattan without needing a ride a damn chopper. those days are over.

what's this fake ass drone shit that ain't a heli.....OHHHHH!

i hypothesized that someone had luggage or accidentally pushed something to make the helicopter stall.

DEI maintenance.

You just can't run a modern society where the average IQ drops below 100.

Im personally never getting in an aircraft again. Because its true.

idi.jpg - 764x432, 43.85K

can't we please ban helicopter tour rides?

Common sense Helicopter control?
Do you really NEED a helicopter ride to see New York?
Think about the children!

kek.

niagara falls has tour rides from above the air, but it's not worth it. and how come we haven't developed planes with wind turbines in the middle of the wing?

who nose
if the whole engine was yanked off it might've pulled the tail rotor shaft and snapping at that weakest point

no tail no ring. simple as.

question; is it even worth touring manhattan despite the amount of cityscapes and lack of nature? it's not worth your life to fly to see a dystopian landscape.

How long until some democrat party nigger starts blaming this on Trump tariffs??
Literally worse than the holocaust.

in 1944, jews were stuffed into helicopters with trick rear rotors that would tomahawk into the propeller blades when they hit 600 feet in the air!

the German guards would laugh their asses off and any Jewish survivors would be forced into a death match against bears and eagles

if the whole engine was yanked off

Nah. We can make a good guess the engines are still on the airframe. The fuselage is floating skids-up. If the engines were gone it would be floating skids-down.

He didn't fly so good.

hiredguns.jpg - 691x720, 163.66K

The fuselage is floating skids-up. If the engines were gone it would be floating skids-down.

yeah ur right this is the fuselage, think we should get better pics when they pull it out fo the water

Are they going to be okay? That could be very traumatizing for the children onboard.

think we should get better pics when they pull it out of the water

I want to know where the fucking tail boom is.
No video, no splash, no wreckage.

They'll blame it on DOGE.

LE HABBENING

Helicopter crash

Is this the state we have now descended into, Anon Babble? Happeningsisters are so starved for anything to happen that an unfortunate accident is now considered a “happening”

Nothingeverhappensbros vindicated for the millionth time

IMG_0424.jpg - 1170x1169, 707.78K

nigga ive always said I ain't getting on a helicopter unless it's a mission or I'm being rescued

hard to see in that one video, could be shattered into many pieces
the main question remains; was it the main rotor or the tail that snapped first

was it the main rotor or the tail that snapped first

Hell of a fine question.
It's going to be a fine story.

Breakdown

Minor habbening at best. Happening is an overstatement for sure tho

tails are antisemitic and have been removed

Chicago cop suicided today.

without a tail rotor it would just tumble at a certain point

Maybe they hit a bird. Plenty of birds around the river.

HELICOPTER CRASH AT HUDSON RIVER

Fucks sake, just booked one of these for next month....

Hopefully you are right with your God bonganon. Say hi to your queen for me
