They are not wanted anywhere in the world. Why is that?
Why does no one want American cars?
shitloads of countries tariff the fuck out of american cars
in japan american cars are tariffed by 200% and because lots of american cars have big ass engine blocks like 5 litre v8s they have super expensive road tax
in reality shitloads of people want a camaro or a challenger or a ford raptor or an escalade but those cars cost like lamborghinis outside of america
too big, too loud, too ugly
no one wants american cars other than americans. most people want japanese cars.
too loud
canada
they definitely are garbage, but holy cow, what a faggot
Stupid Leaf
If no one wanted them, what would be the point of tariffing them?
Pff negro your entire country is just North Minnesota.
Why is that?
they're ugly, unreliable and don't fit on our roads or our parking spaces because they're designed for fatties
imagine getting a giant ford truck through pic related
That looks depressing as shit, why does the entire 3rd world want to live there?
Bad design, bad engineering, bad quality, outdated tech. Just big, bigger, biggest but no value. Every American industrial product is like this.
People are retard. Foreigners don’t want the cars Americans want, but they would buy other cars made by those manufacturers. Cadillac for example sells cars in China that it doesn’t even sell in the U.S. anymore. Buick sells mainly in China. ThereMs no reason American manufacturers can’t come up with other products to sell abroad. They are kept out of the market by trade barriers that destroy costs or demand. Look up some of the EU regulations on American vehicles for example. They’re completely ridiculous. The only reason they do it is to keep us out so their own manufacturers get more market share.
Because jews created mpg laws dependant on vehicle weight. It was cheaper to make larger, heavier vehicles than it was to make more efficient engines. This created large trucks which can't even safely pass on rural side roads in the US much less your narrow city streets. Rightfully leading to them being uncommon or banned in euroistan.
Modern American trucks as an aside are asinine. 4 foot bed space on 80k trucks is a joke but the people still buying them are bigger jokes.
They are kept out of the market by trade barriers that destroy costs or demand. Look up some of the EU regulations on American vehicles for example. They’re completely ridiculous.
all of this is completely hallucinatory btw
Say pwease
Because American cars are completely shitty. Japanese cars are where it´s at, or Eurocars (Fiat, VW). And there are the Koreans (Hyundai, Nissan). To actually buy an American car in 2025 will make you the laughingstock of the neighborhood
look who's talking. your 25% tariff on pickup trucks and SUVs is the only thing keeping US automakers alive.
its bristol, which is pretty depressing. that pic is usually an example of poor industrial/manufacturing town housing. BAMEs see opportunity or whatever
pic related is where the real ones do/want to live, and no BAMEs
only americans want japanese cars because of the 25 year import ban thing and fast and furios movies. nobody really cares about those cars outside the US because better options exist
american cars are super desirable outside the US though, in Thailand for example a used 2018 dodge charger hellcat fucking costs 190k USD meanwhile you can get it in the states for around 60k. its fucking stupid, lots of countries tariffed the shit out of american cars simply because they hate americans. I hope Trump tell these motherfuckers to remove the tariff and duties on american made cars or get stomped to shit
Because retarded American environmental laws means they're all grossly oversized and overweight because apparently that's a loophole in the system.
So you get this massive fuckoff truck that could fit a monster of an engine, but instead it just has a regular car engine that's being overstressed.
America does not make econo boxes. it is a market saturated by Asian cars.
Garbage from nissan starting at 16k
Garbage from Kia/Hyunday at 18k
I'm sure in Europe, Australia you can buy susuki for like 13k.
Why compete for scraps?
America produces trucks and v8 cars, nothing else.
I6 sedan? why
You will never convince zoomers to buy a Cadillac instead of a rizzed poggers chat BMW or Mercedes.
To put it simply, America produces cars for the American market.
youll buy a ford f150 raptor instantly if they were $40k in australia
43.6% of 0 is still 0. pickup trucks are almost non-existent in Europe.
cus toyota and honda cars are sexy
Europe's best-selling pickup
Europe
pickup
No one can afford anything at the moment
Still the most demanded pick up in the market share. Why don't Europeans buy more Toyota, Mitsubishi, or vw pick ups?
Your roads are too small and your restrictions make it impossible.
I had a Mauori friend that took a Suburban back to New Zealand. Paid a shitload boating it there and registering it too. It just sits because he keeps sideswiping cars everywhere he goes in it.
America has bigger, straighter roads than pretty much every other country, so we need comfy vehicles that can do 80mph for hours on end. Driving like that in a eurocuck 4 banger hatchback is intolerable.
We cant make cars or electronics. We make weapons, food for crowds, homosexuals, tea in plastic jugs and color revolutiona
topgear.com
maybe this helps to understand the situation
Lots of pickups here. Made by Toyota.
And of course there's the odd rare hick wannabe that bought a burger truck and think it's the shit when he can barely turn with it outside the nicest roads outside the capital.
Oh I can imagine it, and I'm literally dripping with precum at the thought of forcing my girthy dually though that tight little virgin asshole of a street.
I'm confused. Are you making fun of the little v6 ford ranger? Or the fact there are little to no pick ups in europe?
the Volkswagen Amarok and the Ford Ranger are in fact the same car
those cars cost like lamborghinis outside of america
As silly as it sounds this is true. I noticed in manwha the first thing the korean everyman character does after making it rich overnight is get a ferrari and an escalade. If it is an apocalypse story he takes out a huge loan to get an f150 knowing he won't have to pay it back.
If you think US cars are horribly built, European ones are on a whole nother level. They break down and blow up too much to be any good.
You show me a 25yo Renault/Peugeot/Fiat/Merc/BMW/Audi/Jag/Aston/Land Rover on the road with 250,000 miles, and I'll show you 10 S-10s/Impalas/Crown Vics/F-150s/Rangers/Mustangs/Camaros and 20 Honda Civics.
Your best tea is in cans, actually
I actually am thinking of getting one of those, because I hooked up with a married straight guy and the backseat had so much space, we had lots of room to fuck around. (I couldn't go to his place, cause of his wife and he wouldn't go to mine because I was a stranger)
It's like having a moving room. Just find a nice dark spot, get legal tint, and you're good to go.
It's too bad the guy was so deprived that he only lasted like 2 minutes inside my tight hairy man hole.
Every single American car I've owned (two Fords and a Mercury) have been pieces of shit.
I've heard it's to die for.
It's actually really good, and up until recently was $1 for a huge can. The raspberry and honey-ginseng varieties were always my favorite.
What sort of retarded statistical capture is this that lists the f series as one model to compare against other models. One model that can have twenty engines and 15 body styles in a given year. Picrel f150 diamond
What is more exclusionary? A 25% tariff on trucks that are already 30% cheaper, or an outright regulatory ban?
Fucking idiot.
In america we sell it in jugs like motor oil.
Made in a ford plant.
It’s normal for a single model to have multiple powertrain options. The engine is not what makes the model the model.
pot calling the kettle black
EU taxes the hell out of large engines.
They are super taxed (Trump is working on it right now with EU).
There's way too much sugar in it. That's what makes it good.
I drink one every 5 years or so.
GM and Ford make lots of cars in Europe, for Europe.
American cars make no sense here, too big, too much fuel and don't conform to European regulations.
don't conform to European regulations
this always struck me as weird. In america we'd demand the law be changed. In europe it is like a person loses a leg and is forced to accept using a wheelchair for the rest of their life.
Your cars are too big and not really worth it unless it's one of your older muscle cars. Typical older rural county road here is 1.5 lanes, Norwegian lanes.
Most people around the world prefer smaller cars. Also american cars tend to be under design very basic looking. The minimalism look does not sell outside of the USA.
If you ever noticed the size of a common europoor cobblestone road and house you would realize they don't actually have the room for them nor could afford them nor could even do enough work to justify owning one. The putt to the grocery story and work (if they aren't on the dole).
da regz iz keepin us down n shiet
Just admit American vehicles are terrible.
In terms of tariffs, Japan has none, while the US does apply tariffs to cars brought into the US from Japan.
money.cnn.com
Instead of bitching because it's CNN, please do try and look up the actual regulation on these tariffs Japan supposedly demands. If they exist there is definitely going to be a legal focument written in English ready to be looked up on the internet on a site run by the nips government.
pickups
European manufacturers and customers are not stupid. If we need a utilitarian car with lots of storage space we get a cargo van. Pickups here are reserved for childless wives who married upper middle class. Because it takes a very feminine mindset to buy a car because it is big and you want to feel protected when driving.
thats some fine cope there, hanz
You say this but look how hatchbacks, the brutalists of the car world, have caught on
of course you don’t want a truck, but suppose you did. would you be able to afford the purchase, licensing, and operating expenses of a GMC 1500 with a 6.2 liter V8 gasoline engine? How much more expensive would it be than owning a standard sedan?
Ford already has divisions around the world. If they thought that the F-150 would sell in foreign markets, they would be selling them abroad.
By comparison, the Ranger does much better in Europe.
American vehicles are Jewish in design: Oversized, overpriced, and bad on gas.
Why can't any of the Euros answer why they would bother putting tariffs on something that they say no one wants?
People buy them but the car market is full of cars, saturated even
the Ranger does much better in Europe
Ford Courier
our couriers were replaced with the international 'ranger' design. they really kind of suck, unfortunately. more of a hilux than anything else.
not exactly good at anything really
Walkable cities are a tariff on US automobiles
Most popular trucks in Straya
Ford Rangers and Toyota Hilux's. Small trucks
I literally have only ever seen women in their late 30s to late 40s drive a pickup here. There are simply far better options for work vehicles, fast cars and comfortable cars. Pickups offer zero utility or benefit over those, except being bigger than other cars. Size is what women (and Americans) care about.
Ford Rangers and Toyota Hilux's. Small trucks
barely even a 'truck' its a 4WD here, and they suck at basically everything
jack of all trades, master of none.
useless 'economic zone' agricultural vehicles.
F150 is amazing because of parts availability. Your can keep it running forever. My buddy's Duramax diesel is lap of luxury though. Chocolate brown leather. More foot room than my living room. Probably the nicest vehicle I've been in but I'm a bit of a poor
They are very popular in Finland at least.
Sure Japanese cars dominate due to reliability but you see more and more trucks every day, even in cities.
In general Murrican cars are not liked due to long history of bad winter survival, the road salt makes the cars rust really fast if they are not sufficiently protected, and historically american cars are not.
Sep
The reality is that most people who have a full sized pickup in North America don't really need it, but they imagine scenarios where they might need one some day.
look at trucks in mall parking lot
the receiver hitch is unused and the box is spotless
that’s pretty odd. Here upper middle class moms prefer SUVs either full sized domestic models like a Tahoe or Suburban or Japanese models.
Why would I buy an american car when we have plenty of car makers here? Might as well not give my money to retards.
for me, its the Ford Maverick
Nooooooo, I don't want to follow local laws like everybody else. I'm special.
Fucking idiot.
It isn’t 1990 anymore. You don’t just do a tranny swap in your garage on the weekend for a modern f150. An engine or transmission failure basically totals a vehicle if it has many miles at all. That is by design too
Oh, I've seen more SUVs being driven by wine aunts than trucks. The trucks I did see though were driven by that type of woman. My observations have been limited by the rarity of pickups here, though.
1. America doesnt make super low quality cars which appeal to the non american peasant who isnt willing to buy a nice car and be in debt for the rest of their mortal existence.
2. Europeans are gay and have an emotional/ego attachment to buying actual dog shit cars from their own neutered nations. American vehicles are generally masculine in appearance, engine sounds, and marketing. That kind of culture is taboo for Europeans and the people who would actually go for their marketing are probably poor from not being able to conform to European feminized corporate gayness (I'm looking at you, eastern Europe)
3. The Japanese and Koreans have good cars to pick from already (minus Nissan) but also live in extremely neutered societies where the aggressive styling and sounds of American vehicles would be seen as taboo.
4. Probably the most important thing, America is a relatively new country, aside from New York, you generally don't see people living on top of each other, unable to find enough room to actually park a go kart on the average street. Americans can have ridiculous trucks, and relatively cheap muscle cars that are mostly known for going fast in a straight line as opposed to overall performance, because we have the space for it.
5. Muslim countries like Britain, France, and Germany are forbidden during the lunar month of Ramadan from enjoying anything but snuff videos of white women who exposed their ankles. An American vehicle would be completely haram.
