All of the easy, do-nothing, low responsiblility jobs are held by women and black and brown men and they typically get paid more to do nothing of value. Especially black and Indian men. All the jobs with high responsibility, the jobs that produce value for the company are held by white and Hispanic men and they typically get paid less. It only makes sense in the modern world. I'd estimate that hundreds of billions of dollars are wasted paying unproductive overpaid employees like this.
