i'll be honest with you, unlike italians we don't give a fuck, most of the pierogis i eat now are these really good ready-made ones, you just pop 'em in the microwave for 3 minutes and bam, just add a sizable cut of butter, slide it around, sprinkle salt and pepper on top and you've got a filling snack/dinner (depending if you eat one 300g portion or two)
