I only recently learned Anon Babble was back up a few hours ago. I went fucking insane without Anon Babble, I thought it was gone for good and I felt like unaliving myself multiple times.

There has to be a real motive for why this happened, I mean didn't a bunch of janitors addresses get leaked or something? Therr has to be a political motive behind this, especially since Anon Babble is probably the most infamous board.

The hacker wasn't a real sọyteen, at most a Anon Babble oldfag. He obviously worked alone and didn't prepare either the Sharty's staff (considering the extreme lag and haphazard board additions) and also avatarfagged as an anime girl from Danganronpa and called being anti-anime "reddit" (which is very frowned upon on the Sharty, pic rel). He also revealed to have a big disdain for Anon Babble on the Farms.

Why did he do it? Most probably to teach faggot mods and tranitors a lesson, but I doubt these knuckledragging niggers learned anything from this.
