We don't really have a specific type of welfare retard that can be classified like that. I worked in a government jobcenter as an advisor for the unemployed for a couple of years but I had to quit because it was crushing my soul. My experience that it was mostly people of a different ethnicity that leeched on the system. Most Danes that came in were either dealing with some lifelong debilitating issue, sometimes physical, sometimes mental. The exception for this was anxiety.
