Depending on how much you're spending you can get a full size crossbow with decent power but absolutely stay away from the one handed pistol grip style repeating crossbows, they are weak as hell and poorly made and you won't hit anything past 6m away anyway, if it comes with a built in scope or sight then you really know its larp shit
