Between NoScript, UBlock Origin, and SponsorBlock, I haven't seen YouTube ads in ages. I also recommend getting Revanced for your phone (if you have an Android, IDK if it works on Apple).

That happens to some accounts from time to time, they are trying to fuck UBlock but they fail.
Just switch the account for a while or try updating UBlock or even reinstalling (don't reinstall on Chrome because they might remove it)
