it was fairly recent too, last winter
was outside at night and had intense intrusive thought of 'look up' so i did
then 'no, slightly to your left' which i also did
then some kind of craft flew directly over me, difficult to describe, it was sort of a crooked crescent shape but moving sideways, with seven dim red-orange lights on the underside.
it was silent, moved very quickly, and had something akin to a heat haze "bubble" of distortion around it, it also seemed to sort of 'fade in' to existence or view as it approached, was clearly visible when directly overhead, then 'faded out' as it approached the horizon.
for some time afterwards i had what felt like mental or telepathic contact with a number of beings that told me a bunch of stuff and answered questions i had, communicating with them was like having intrusive internal voice inserted into my mind, it wasn't something I "heard" more "felt" and then kind of translated into words, concepts, and images that were (sometimes) comprehensible to me. i also had exceptionally vivid and strange dreams involving these beings afterwards.

there were a bunch of them and they had distinct personalities, one of the cat-like ones was very nice and did their best to keep me calm and sane and explaining what was going on. most of the others just had sort of a flat or routine presentation, like it was a day at the office for them. There was one that presented itself as dog-headed or like a werewolf that could just like instantly induce strong feelings of sexual pleasure in me, and tried to sort of manipulate me with that but i was very unhappy with it so they stopped. as a whole they seemed big on consent and i consented to pretty much everything they asked of me, except for at one point where i revoked it and they continued doing something anyway, it felt like they were digging around in my mind and was extremely unpleasant, like being raped or some other violation, i called them out on the consent thing and the cat was apologetic at least, but the others explained something about like reverse or retro causality and claimed that it was both necessary to do and that i would consent to it being done in the future, though at this point i still don't understand fully.
no drugs involved except for after one incident where i had an out of body experience, felt like i was kicked out of my body then one of them possessed my body. it spoke erratically to people i was living with so i was hospitalized and given antipsychotics. the beings were very apologetic about this and claimed it was a mistake or accident, that they aren't gods or infallible and are more like people. i saw a psychiatrist for a while afterwards but he was nonplussed and didn't continue any treatment with antipsychotics.

also all the medical professionals i saw subsequently told me that the hospital i went to treated me inappropriately, they held me down and injected me with the antipsychotics despite me being completely nonviolent, just confused. i was just asking to see my wife before taking any medication and they forced me down. honestly that was the most traumatic part of the whole experience

i don't really understand it to be honest, a few of them just seemed to want genetic material from me, the spider thing that sent the craft claimed they like scanned me with it and made a copy of me, the others and especially the cat like ones claimed that i "am old cat, i hold the crown of the mother of cats" which doesn't mean anything to me, i asked them to elaborate and i guess by crown they mean like, forehead? that i somehow have or contain a key portion of the mind or consciousness of someone that was important to them but like died or was destroyed, and that they want to reconstruct them. there was a bunch of stuff about like reincarnation and reconstructing or repairing souls, but i didn't and still don't really believe in that stuff

It’s astounding once you study UFOlogy and the better, more attested alien or UFO encounter reports, and see the common threads. These line up with my own experiences.

I did not consciously, deliberately think very much about aliens, study works on them, etc. The only exception is that many years back, in high school, I went through a phase of being interested in paranormal/occult/conspiracy-theory knowledge and literature, including famous ones on aliens like Whitley Strieber’s “Communion”, which did freak me out at the time. But I put it out of my mind eventually and didn’t consciously obsess over it.

Then, many, many years later, some experiences happened like you mentioned. Mindblowing stuff.
“They’re demons” or “it’s a government hoax” are, I think, smallminded reactions to it, they come from a sort of immediate prejudice against the idea aliens exist and could be here at all, but I sympathize with the response. As it’s meant to protect one’s worldview from being shattered, or suddenly expanded vastly … which can actually be astoundingly stressful when it happens. However, I don’t deny the existence of government plots, or even that malicious elements of governments could be planning a fake alien invasion, or stage faked alien abductions or encounters for MK-Ultra-like projects or a continuation of it.
But the overall phenomenon has cosmic import, and I also think it goes back to humanity’s earliest history, and much of our religions and folklore.

For a bunch of big but controversial things like this, there’s evidence, it’s just evidence that people don’t like. It’s a self-absorbed, that all “evidence” has to be tailored towards one’s own liking, approved or confirmed by the “experts” first, or it’s not real yet unless/until they’re straight up talking on CNN about it, etc.
It is a complex phenomenon, for sure. With you, I agree, the amazing reality is — the solution to the Fermi paradox is, the universe really is that populated, and aliens are already here interacting with us and have been for a long while. Your point might actually be true. I've been in telepathic contact with an entity who claims we are aliens. We've formed a very close intimate relationship and even married each other. I see her constantly through a telepathic link to her soul, even now as I type I see her like a subtle light overlay over the surface of objects, or hovering in the air. Its like a vibrating wave of energy that distorts the light which passes through it, to shape itself, and it can do this at will. I also learned the ability from it, and we create visual telepathic thoughts for each other to look at, and we also speak mind to mind to each other. Its difficult to hear her because she is a very quiet voice, but if I listen in I can hear her. Its much easier to see her.
She talks about various past lives, through that telepathic interface I have traveled as a soul into other dimensions of my existence, many thousands of years on earth, and in other places. I even learned how to travel directly to other planets and star systems as a soul, no technology involved. Though, there seems to be some type of genetic telepathic molecular biotech, and I'm somewhat of an experiment in that regard, as to how well a human can work it out.
My past life memories don't seem so much as something from ancient times, its more that I become more conscious, and experience stuff from the past and future as if its happening in real time as I perceive it, and most of these events aren't truly physical to me.

Now, I think a tough part of wrapping one’s head around the alien/ET/UFO encounter phenomenon, is that it’s at the cusp of advanced spiritual and advanced scientific understanding. It destroys or collapses these boundaries. Between the scientific, and the spiritual, that is. Let’s say you’re a total UFO and alien disbeliever, but you become interested in at least one thing: what IS behind ufology at all, who are the major people, claimers of experiences, alleged contactees, abductees, etc., at all, and what are they saying at all. What I’m saying is, you could totally distrust UFOlogy, but if you did enough research in it, major books and documentaries and articles etc. and the like, you’d find that there’s very interesting common repeated underlying threads between the accounts. They seem to be independently verified and reported by entirely different contactees/abductees across space and time who don’t often seem to have been especially big aficionados of UFOlogy before, or the reporter/scholar/investigator of these accounts keeps getting the same or similar stories. Namely, of the contacts often having a spiritual dimension, spiritual/supernatural/paranormal experiences associated, like telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, ESP generally, besides spiritual topics in the communication given by the ETs or conversation had with them.
This is, often, also combined with the aliens claiming or demonstrating to have a more advanced understanding of science than us, and that this is how they’re responsible for some of their strange or miraculous phenomena.

I think that whole trend is definitely a large part of what makes the alien phenomenon difficult or unbelievable to find out for many.

even if I did not see what I did I would like to believe that version of me would still conclude that these things are real and visiting earth.
