It's generally an open dining room with no persistent staff in it so if you just walk in like you're supposed to be there nobody's going to stop you. But all you're going to get is some shitty yogurt or bagels or a bowl of cornflakes. Burnt tasting coffee. Maybe if you're lucky there will be a steam tray with precooked sausage patties or a waffle iron. Anywhere with something worth eating it won't work at.
