Realistically speaking, most Americans can't find Qatar or the United Arab Emirates on a map. Some town in the middle of the vast wheat fields of Ukraine has no chance. As slow as you think the pace currently is, there was a point where the war was a literal stalemate where the lines weren't even moving at all, and before that there was a time when Ukraine actually made gains. Let these evolutions give you some idea of the way things are trending.
I couldn't tell you when this is going to happen, but one day a time is going to come when Ukraine's ability to sustain any semblance of cohesion will collapse entirely. It will be just like what you saw happen last year in Syria where the Islamists advanced basically completely unopposed and Assad had to flee, or in Afghanistan a couple years before that. Eventually Zelensky will have to pack up and leave two.
Where this time happens in 2 years, 1 year, 6 months, a few months, or the meme of "2 weeks" I can't tell you. It depends on how much aid Ukraine manages to scam people into giving them, how well their propaganda apparatus is able to prop up support for the war, and various other factors.
