Technically Scandinavia would ONLY be norway and sweden, it's a geographic term (Scandinavian mountain range). but due to language/culture denmark is included. and then due to culture finland and iceland are considered nordic which often gets mixed with scandinavian. There's also a geography-nerd term called fenno-scandia which would be finland norway sweden (but not denmark). But nordic is the most correct term
