In terms of the overall quality of the game, it's really good.
But I can't get over the story of the game
I was expecting it to be a big adventure to save the world.
Instead you ended up telling me that the whole world is a stupid bitch's dream and no matter what I do, the ending doesn't make sense how.
So I'm not buying it.

Decided to just watch a lot of the game while I recorded music. It's overrated but good. Like 7.5 or 8/10. It's basically an Atlus JRPG with French sensibilities. Anybody who played SMT 5 / Metaphor / Persona isn't mind blown like normalniggers seem to be by it.

It's a pretty fun game. No woke shit, no niggers, no jewish nonsense, no lgbt propaganda. Just a cool story with a French Final Fantasy-esque aesthetic. Idk about Anon Babble approved but I dig it

dont let your "politics" influence your choice in things like this. its a good game. story is alright, music is hit or miss, combat is excellent. if you like jrpgs you'll like it, if your complaint about jrpgs is the combat, you'll like it. it's a solid game. remember pol said bg3 was a bad game, and that was literally the best game made in the last decade.

Nier is also a dream in a dream, but they seemed to have missed the point of why the music sounded like it did. it was meant to mean something was wrong and they were trapped but didn't realise it so they kept fighting. in 33 it's revealed they know it's all a dream from the very beginning so the entire plot is pointless just like the soundtrack. everything about it just comes across as the writer missing the point of the thing they're copying, so yea it's French.

I never liked turn based RPGs because I thought they were gay but I really like this game. There's also pretty much no woke slop in it. One of the main characters is an Asian woman but she's hot af so I don't find it woke.

The game is excellent, I didn't even like this genre and I am now hooked
It's not easy for me to give an analysis, because I don't really have anything bad to say about it.
The characters are beautiful, the art style is cool and I like this period of time it draws from, the combat is responsive and fun, there is an incredible amount of animations, the voice acting (in french) is very good, the story is compelling, the OST is good...
It really goes to show how shit western AAA gaming has become when a studio of 30 people are able to make something better than most of the massive, bloated wokeslop studios

A passion project from people that walked away from big companies, made by junior literally whos, is also a big plus

the game is being praised by everyone, pretty much universally. It's one of those games that just very very good, a defining game of the year, and possibly the decade.

I can speak French so I am playing the French dub, so I can't comment on why. But I can vouch that the French dub is very enjoyable.
