looks like a late 80s/early 90s F150 with the 6ft box. the 5lV8 likes gas a lot but i think the V6 version was more reasonable. its a nice truck and the bed size is very useful.

The Coyote is not in F150s. F150 has a similar 5.0 but not the coyote. And it is dohc, with twin cam timing, cylinder deactivation, and egr.

It is the same engine... any 5.0 from 2011 onward is the Coyote, and they are all Ti-VCT and 4V.
They are similar but there are a number of differences, I think the big difference is the coyote doesn't have cylinder deactivation and a different firing pattern
