Romance languages derive their word for "road" from the latin "stratum", which means something like "work/worked soil" (think of substrate) and got retroactively added back to latin as "strata" in the medieval period. Neca has sort of the correct radical (even if you would never use it as a noun, chosing mortis instead). A is definitive pronoun from a ton of romance languages, but was never part of latin.
As for "ze"? I have no idea. All I can think is the stereotype as to how germans say "the", and maybe the old german preposition.
In sum, it's a collection of weird mistakes piecing together multiple different languages.

If you translated it correctly you would get (and mind you with incorrect grammar) "From Stars [Ze] Kill" Ze has no translation as it's not a Latin word.
This is because google uses neural machine translations, which is often inaccurate, for dead languages since people aren't exactly using Latin online for an algorithm to learn from.

Not really. I took three years of latin in high school and college and "a stra ze neca" isn't remotely Latin, so its unsurprising that it produced garbage output. It's just grasping at straws and reaching into romance languages to try and come up with *something* instead of just saying "that isn't latin you dumb fuck" - it's probably relevant that if you don't preselect latin, then google translate seems to think (a) "a stra ze neca" is Italian and (b) you misspelled a few words.
You know, if I studied English for 3 years at school, I would also probably think that "kys glownigger, nothin personnel" is kinda gibberish.
