Both parties will do everything to befriend any US gov for Poland's strategic interests, but you need will of US side as well.
Problem of PiSs is that when president Duda (absolutely pro-US) went to US to meet with Trump, Trump ostentatiously forced Duda to wait for almost an hour, which left like 5 minutes for actual meeting. In diplomacy it means: "fuck off, we're not interested". It means that days of PiS are counted, like SLD (most pro-Russia of mainstream parties in the 1990s) before. Electing another another president from PiS will only make transition more painful.
Meantime another alternative for POo (Konferederacja) is still not ready to become equal opposition, like PiSs is (Mentzen + Braun still got less votes than Nawrocki), even despite clearing themselves from pro-Russian retards (Korwin, Braun) and aiming into more mainstream voters.
