I have been through the cycle of many diets. Did the whole raw meat thing and other ways of eating. I just try and eat whole foods now. My "diet" consist of fruits, eggs, sour dough bread, cheese, potatoes, mushrooms, rice, milk, butter, iced cream, orange juice and once in awhile cake. What has effected me the most is removing "fake" food. Anything with 10 plus ingredients sends my bowls into explosion territory. No idea of the long term effects of raw meat, but been meat free for eight months and would be called "vegetarian", I feel great. Lifts are good, sexual drive through the roof, relations are good, lots of energy. No meat craving either. Stay strong anons, grow a garden, and try and keep "one to three ingredients" in mind when stepping out of the "this is a potato" mindset.

There's nothing bro science about ketosis but its usefulness in dropping weight is overrated and people tend to be blindsided by the sheer amount they drop when they first get on it. I know me personally I drop around 20lbs when on it, it's a lot depending on how fat you've ever been in your life. The actual diet though is about as impactful as having an inverse of a thyroid problem. It helps but you might as well just eat what you actually like and less of it. Went into diets right before the coof of 2020. Started with Carnivore, then keto. Went down 50 lbs/ 25kg before juni 2020. Low carb for 6 months, and then just eating "regular" food.
Eating right is hard, but very easy when you have learnt it.
But, for all my pol tards. Whole foods is the key. Ultra processed food are poison. Make your own bread, eat cheese, eat fish, eat meat, occasionally juice, fruits, vegtables, poorigde etc.
Medi diet is a good starting point, or the nordic diet.
Also, drink water, never soda or the kind. 1-2 cups of coffe if max.
For me, i will try the mount Athos diet, or Orthodox diet. Will post results in two years. Stay tuned polfags.
