I'm ready to take the Christ pill. Please tell me how to start believing in the Bible's stories.

OH MY GOD GUYS JOE ROGAN GOES TO CHURCH!? CHURCH IS SO COOL I WANNA GO!!!!

Utilitarian ethics for me and everyone else

Authoritarian ethics for my children so they don't embarrass me

Do you think they are aware of their own motives?

what stories are you having trouble believing?

Jonah and the Whale

20 millions subs.
50k views on videos.

come and watch, goyim, we'll let you know how to think.

They're trying to get the goyim back on the church plantation, aren't they?

It's not actually a pill, it's a suppository.
Lotta people make that mistake.

You genuinely don't have to believe. It's enough to just live the wholesome and virtuous life you're meant to.

Apologist for what?

The fucking psyop is so obvious.

15-20 most popular podcasts

1 specific quest appears on every popular podcast, telling a specific narrative, and nobody can say who the fuck that person is.

you are here

Israel

What’s this thread trying to do? Make Rogen cool? Make going to church cool?

All the shills are jumping off Jesus

that wes huff guy is an obvious asset, looks too retarded to be an agent but probably has a handler.
his story fits the narrative, so he gets paraded on every single podcast on someone who's bringing jesus back, what a fucking timeline, what a fucking joke.

and oh my, the fucking goyim are going: "hmm maybe i should go to church"
no motherfuckers, read the bible instead, it specifically says church is not a wooden coven of demons, church is any single room where there are atleast two people who believe.

learn where they came from and the unedited versions that existed before the refomations

First step is don't believe the old testament too much. The old testament is there as pretense and "historical" record of the Hebrews' traditions and prophecies. It's a mix of exaggerated stories (like Jonah) and then later, near the King David, historical record. The new testament, the gospels, those are the true essence of Christianity. Christ fufills all the prophecies and is historical. Old testament is foundation myth and allegories and is needed to properly understand the significance and weight of Christ and him of being the Son of God

Bang your head against a wall until your IQ drops enough.

I'm just going to ignore Leviticus.

NOW DIE FOR ISRAEL GOY!!!!! AS GOD INTENDED!!!!!!!!!!!

Joe married another devilish jewess, a little too late for that.

Ephesians 2:8-9 followed by all of Matthew. KJV. Godspeed

What are you talking about, he gets millions of views and downloads on different platforms.

Churchianity need not have anything to do with Christ.

child sex slaves of your enemies are cool so long as they're virgins

harvest foreskins

kill your kids if a voice in your head tells you to

Niggers are human if they say they love jewsus

are you bound by the law? if so the talmud has all the loopholes you will need. like the eruv wire

Just read the Bible and accept everything that you read has a divine reason for being there. God will only speak to those who have a contrite heart, don't lean on what you "know" at all.

dont forget mark 14:51-52!

Nothing in the Bible is "exaggerated", everything is true both physically and as well as prophetically.

They're trying to get the goyim back on the church plantation, aren't they?

Yep...noahide laws right around the corner

That's literally Islam. kill yourself face first

I'm ready to take the Christ pill. Please tell me how to start believing in the Bible's stories.

Pray.
Confess your shortcomings and ask for the faith you lack.

Living Waters and Thru the Bible with J Vernon McGee are good ways to help your understanding.

wes huff is the only canadian I repsect

My favorite book is Daniel. 2nd favorite is revelation. I still haven't read the Macabees but I want to

Read the prophets, especially Isaiah and Jeremiah. Skip about 90 percent of the New Testament which is all horseshit except for Paul's letters.

Macabees

I haven't read that book because it has a silly name

Numbers 31 pedo degenerate foreskin eating faggot.
Whenever a white man tells me "WE WUZ DA REAL ISRAELITES N SHEEEEET", I just assume pedo foreskin cult obsessed freak.

when reading the old testament, it's easier to read the bible stories and look at them as fantastical because the real point of those stories are God's message behind them. people who get in arguments about their logic are missing the point. kinda like how movies try to send a message to the audience through storytelling. new testament is easier to digest since its more relatable as Jesus is God living the human experience and dying painfully to rid us all of unforgivable sins and let gentiles get to heaven. just be open minded and remember the whole point of taking the Christpill is to become a better man, be closer to God, bless others, and find your purpose and drive to go on through him.

Wes Huff has the same weird fake smile as Mr Beast, Christians are Jew worshipers

The Christian of the future will be a Girardian or not exist at all.

Jew brainwashing camp

The old testament can be mostly disregarded. Exodus is complete bullshit.

Im jewish and my favorite is also Daniel, followed by Jeremiah/Lamentations and then Ecclesiastes. I recommend some white linen shirts.

Retard take.

Just because the old testament is inconvenient to you doesn't mean you get to choose your own head canon.

Same as liberal ministers picking and choosing saying LGBT is totally cool because Jesus just said to love each other maaaan.

Not all Christians are evangelicucks

Yep...noahide laws right around the corner

nigger you don't even know what the fuck those are. protip, follow most of them without even knowing.

It's funny that one is the easiest to understand.
God

Go and do this for me.

Jonah

No

God

It wasnt a request.

Some of the stories I'll admit have some good moral lessons. However, they are nothing more than fairy tales and should be viewed as such. The bible has over a dozen authors we barely know anything about too.

Essentially, Christianity is popular because of herd mentality. The fact that large groups of people believed it was one of the major factors in it spreading. People tend to psychologically gravitate towards whatever the group is doing (look at pop culture today).

We could spend a few weeks writing a cryptic manifesto and after gathering a couple dozen followers, other people would view our belief systems as more legitimate and credible simply because they observed we had a large group that were already followers.

Start from the beginning, just read. Skip what you don't feel like reading, read what you want. Don't want to read? Then don't. Read as much as you want, don't read as much as you don't. Keep going, it's just human attempt to scribe inhuman design.
It will simply never make sense, don't overthink it. However, it will affect you, and you'll get what you need from it, whatever that is for you, because everyone is different.

You Christies don't believe shit, or you'd act completely differently. I've never met a single Christian that practices the true tenets of their faith like poverty, service to others before self, and sacrifice of self for the greater good. It's an intoxicating death cult for assholes, like they're withdrawing morality tokens from the ethics credit union.

I'd love to believe in Christ, and have an obvious path before me that I actually wanted to follow for that faith, but faking faith is always more offensive than a zealot or heretic. No one in the highest echelons of organized Christianity believes any of this.

be me

born & raised in a Christian home
never really believed
by the time i was 13-15 i was totally convinced faith was all BS
lived the next 20 years of my life as an athiest/materialist/naturalist
used to place Christopher Hitchens, Stephen Gould, Richard Dawkins, Peter Atkins etc on a pedestal
they were my intellectual heroes

gave my life back to Christ 10 years ago
best decision i EVER made

care to know a little more about my journey back to God?

Nope, he's correct. It was stapled together for retards like you who won't bother to understand the difference, and instead just yell about Leviticus. One is actually just historical adapted Judaism, and it's not the NT.

I'd love to believe in Christ

I've never met a single Christian that practices the true tenets of their faith like poverty, service to others before self, and sacrifice of self for the greater good.

be the change you want to see in the world

joe rogan is the definition of a midwit
its a fake religion, you will gain nothing from it

Why is the Old Testament one of the only books that says all jews are corrupt?

Even Hitler never said that, but God did.

There's only one thing you need to believe

jew golem npc mentality

all the abrahamic religions share the same ideals of servitude
Luke 14:16

what makes you think it's fake?

Believe that Christ died for your sins and that he is your savior.

That's all you actually need to do the rest is optional.

But that's the story The Law is derived from and is essential reading, so that you understand the reality of Sin. It's important to note that Moses derived those rules after the Hebrews partook in some awful stuff themselves. The Prince of Egypt movie is pro jew propaganda.dd

only prideful faggots are repulsed at the idea of servitude to a higher being. all the blue-haired lesbians and fat trannies think they're too good to be of service to anyone, and that everyone else needs to be of service to them, instead.

joe becomes increasingly pro-right wing and only has right wing guests on

his podcasts becomes considerably worse

I miss the days he would have random nobodies telling crazy stories and not these grifter loonies

God you protestants are insufferable. You're the reason Christianity is in the sad state of affairs it is today. Every man a pope.

Jesus literally contradicts you in the NT. Why would I yell about Leviticus you retard?

cite the verses you're referring to when you say that, goy.

Inconvenient? Hardly. I understand leviticus and I've read the whole thing Bible. I'm well aware what is written as historical fact and what is exaggeration for myth and awe. The only reason the old testament matters is for precedence for the new testament. Goes to show how much you've actually read the Bible or you'd know that.

New Test

Faith is almost like its own emotion that has its own power to motivate and inspire. I’m sure if you measured someone’s brain before and after prayer or reading the Bible you would see chemical changes that have the potential to actually change your behavior. That’s why so many alcoholics turn to god, it does some shit to your brain that is difficult to describe. Maybe like if you’re a little more pious you’re more able to resist temptations beyond what would otherwise be willpower, AKA avoiding sin.

Decent attempt. Suppositories are still pills.

I'm not a Christian, retard. Your magical book has a historical context you don't understand, because you're a stupid hick.

Contradicts you

Prove it with citations, popecuck.

care to know a little more about my journey back to God?

Not really. If you're anything like my Christian friends, you probably fucked up really bad and sucked dick and you make yourself feel better with your get out of hell free card religion, and now you posture and act all high and mighty sniffing jewish farts where you aren't welcome. And you probably still still suck dick on the side.

Leviticus is basically "how to survive in the desert as a tribe 101". It's important to understand its context.

Start by watching the lady babylon YouTube channel.

Seperate the clear mythological aspects of it like the virgin birth and stick to the messages from Jesus like we are all sons of God.

Yes it is. Every Biblical scholar will agree Genesis isn't literal. Also, have you read Revelations? It's all exaggerated to make a point about how societies and kingdoms collapse. You're a retard. Not very Christian of me to call you that, but I'm not perfect.

Biblical literalists are retarded, there's obvious mythology and allegory throughout the bible that are nonetheless insightful and important.

For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.

biblehub.com/jeremiah/6-13.htm

That's explicit.

“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished.”
Matthew 5:17-18
“the Law and the Prophets” was a common term for the OT scripture

“Then he said to them, ‘These are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, that everything written about me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.’”
Luke 24:44

“…and Scripture cannot be broken…”
John 10:35
Scripture at the time referring to OT.

“Jesus answered them, ‘You are wrong, because you know neither the Scriptures nor the power of God.’”
Matthew 22:29
Jesus appeals to OT Scripture as authoritative truth.

Further, Jesus quotes the OT in the following passages:

Matthew 4:4, 7, 10 - Jesus quotes Deuteronomy.

Matthew 22:37-40 - When asked about the greatest commandment, he quotes Deuteronomy and Leviticus.

Mark 7:6-13 - Jesus quotes Isaiah and the Law.

But he was just saying all that cause he didn't care about it right? This is fucking BASIC theology and you don't even know it. That'll be the last I say to you because you're laughably unversed in even the most rudimentary understanding of the Bible.

Tell me your story my nigga

Your Christian friend sounds handsome

Guaranteed this is what happened, lmao. It's partly subconscious programming from his childhood:

Going back to worshiping skydaddy after worshiping midwit nihilists and being disappointed

Yes. Idk about the virgin birth, but it doesn't really matter. Listen to the words of Christ that Christ said himself. Paul is sorta just making stuff as he goes and it shows. He makes great leaps of logic and says "christ said this!" when, no, Christ didn't say that. I have a huge issue with Paul.

The virgin birth comes from a time when most gods and demi-gods had some kind of "virgin birth", implying they were conceived by a woman and a god. It's only virgin in the sense they didn't have sex with mortal men.

You should read the whole thing so that you understand it's a jewish book written for jews about why jews are gods chosen people

I can see that, makes sense. I try not to speak on things about Christ I'm not sure of, and I am unsure of that. I don't think Christ himself said anything about his own birth.

That said the only parts that really matter are what Christ taught and spoke on. His teachings matter, not his origin of birth.

Typing that out tho, that also aligns with Christ's teachings. So maybe you're correct!

I agree, but some "atheists" will point to the virgin birth and see it nonsensical so they dismiss lessons and teachings afterward lol.

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

biblehub.com/isaiah/7-14.htm

See.
Promises made.
Promises kept.

is Danny Jones a jew? is Matt Beall a jew? Jesse Michels is a jew

Follow IDs, I'm not saying it's not part of the mythology of Christ, I'm saying people will dismiss the virgin birth and then everything else Christianity has to offer. If you understand the context of the virgin birth within the pagan mythology of the times it makes perfect sense.
Essentially God made a demi-god, Jesus, with Mary.

In Greek mythology, Hercules (Heracles) was born to Zeus and the mortal Alcmene. Zeus tricked Alcmene by disguising himself as her husband, Amphitryon, and Alcmene then bore Hercules after a pregnancy disguised as Zeus' extended visit. Alcmene and Amphitryon named their son Heracles, which means "glorious gift of Hera" in Greek

no you shouldn't. In the new testament, Jesus said the last days will be like the days of Noah. Well, what happened during the days of Noah? Read Genesis 6. also book of jasher, enoch and jubilees.

Rogan going to church would make him even more popular bringing in the Christian audience

Jamie, look that up.

WTF.gif - 200x200, 1.79M

God doesn't change for people, we have to change for God. If you avoid teaching parts of the Bible because you think it will put people off you're just a false shepard.

Yes. How did you convince yourself to believe? And do you have any tips on how to get my bf interested?

I don't give a shit what they believe, I'm explaining why some people dismiss Christianity.

Jonah and the Whale

Why? If you have trouble believing a fish vomited up a guy on shore so the people he needed to talk to would be more receptive to what he had to say how are you going to believe Christ died and rose from the dead? Both things are supernatural and defy belief so picking one and not the other is a form of cherry picking. You either believe a deity that created the entire universe can do whatever He wants or you don't.

Long story short a small miracle like staying alive in a fish is nothing compared to an all knowing being creating a fathomless void filled with stars. Your own existence makes no sense. None of us should be here and none of this should be happening and all attempts to understand how we got here fall short. Fortunately with God all things are possible.

A fish story is the least of your worries.

People dismiss Christianity because they don't want to admit they are wrong, that they aren't a good person, and they don't want to be forgiven.

Please tell me how to start believing in the Bible's stories.

i won't answer this question directly
the honest answer is that every man's journey back to God is unique in some ways & i'm not qualified to give you an absolute road map

i'll give you a skeleton explaination of my walk

first of all, there is NO substitute for simply reading the Bible with an open heart & open mind

if you're anything like me then your programming from public school, the Discovery Channel, National Geographic & other secular sources have poisoned the well for allowing new ideas to truly be brought in for consideration
you must be intellectually honest with yourself & confront ideas that, at first, can be quite uncomfortable

#1 i had to humble myself
& i don't mean degrade myself, humility is simply saying "i don't know it all & i have much to learn"
pride is THE biggest thing that kept me from seeing the truth of the Biblical narratives
i had to be open to the idea that maybe, just maybe, i, the human mind, am not the most intelligent thing in this universe
ultimately at the end of the road, i had to accept that i am not God, his understanding of how & why to do things the way he has chosen to do them will never make 100% sense to me, there will always be some things i don't understand fully & that isn't a failure on my part, it's exactly how He intended for it to be, we keep growing & learning until our dying breath & for the rest i must have faith

#2 i had to come to an understanding of what faith actually is
this sermon was a big help to me, i've watched it many times
youtube.com/watch?v=s7fNBExqrdw

#3 the story of Jonah wasn't a big problem for me personally, if God is who the Bible says he is, the Creator of the entire universe, the heavens, all animals etc, then him forcing a great fish to swallow a man but not consume him really isn't that hard to believe
i had trouble with Noah's flood
my geological worldview and programming was at odds with the specifics of the Biblical story & this video (and the book it's based on) helped me get past all that
youtube.com/watch?v=4hhE6tzJR_c

#4 i had to accept that if God is who the Bible says He is, then this world, this universe, is His... He makes the rules. Seems like a simple statement, but its impact is enormous. Everything is His, even me.

#5 i had lots of questions about pain & suffering, evolution vs creation, many many questions.
For me personally, one man of God who helped me see through the serpents lies was JOHN LENNOX
he's an irish mathematician and philosopher
if you've never heard of him, his videos are all over youtube & they're phenomenal
he has an elegant grace & compassion about him while absolutely laying waste to so many of the mdern atheist/naturalist arguments

these are just a couple of my favorites
youtube.com/watch?v=rXexaVsvhCM
youtube.com/watch?v=zF5bPI92-5o
youtube.com/watch?v=MPm6Y-pANYI

i could write so much more, but i'll just leave it at that
the rest is in Gods hands

When God says "Abraham, kill your son". I'm out. Now I try to understand things like the Andromeda Paradox.

You are God. Fuck church.

Read Dr. Craig apologetics first to believe in God. Then slowly read the Bible but in a Bible study is best.
