The nominal owner of the Airbus ACJ319 business jet with tail number RA-73417, used by Ramzan Kadyrov and his close associates, turned out to be Shahruddi Edilgireyev, the Chechen leader's cousin, "Verstka" noted.
Edilgireyev is listed as the aircraft's owner in the schedule for conducting aircraft inspection control for 2025, published by the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya).
