I have been dependent on this shit for several years now. I’ve been trying to taper off and when I get to near stopping completely, I go back up to higher doses and repeat the cycle. It’s horrible for your liver/galbladder, endocrine system, and especially reproductive system. It doesn’t help with pain. It’s a bullshit excuse to use for getting off opiates. Brother, I was very, very deep into Kratom for 10+ years. It can be beaten. I don't want to get into a pissing contest about how much I was doing, but let's just say it makes most kratom users go "WTF".
And I managed to taper for a few weeks, then go full cold turkey. Yes it's nasty. Set aside 3 days to feel the worst you've ever felt. Buy some immodium, ashwaganda, lots of hydration, and nyquil to put you to sleep.

Kratom is plant medicine for personal development and spiritual awakening, you are just abusing it like a stimulant or party drug.

Plain leaf powder just gives you a mood boost, mild pain relief and a calming effect without really impairing you. If you take too much you'll just get a nasty headache and nausea. The full spectrum extracts are just a stronger version of this, so it's hard for a noob to dose those without feeling like shit. The 7-OH extracts feel like a low dose of oxycodone. Those are more like a real drug than just a buzz and can give you some nasty withdrawals if you take them daily for a long time, plus they're fucking expensive and ruin your tolerance. Just buy the plain leaf powder (the strain doesn't really matter much) and take like 2-3 grams. Don't take more than that.

I tried using kratom to get off of heroin a long time ago and it didn't do shit for me. I did get off of drugs about seven years ago though. Cold turkey is the only way. Pot helps but when you're withdrawing it doesn't feel like much of a drug at all.

It depends on so many things, but assuming its decent strength stuff, with zero tolerance anywhere from 5-7 grams should be enough for you to be heavily relaxed. I would not recommend going over 8 with zero tolerance as there's a chance you'll just end up puking your guts out.

Hell nah. I use white kratom for adhd instead of adderall, and I've literally had zero side effects. No addiction, no emotional drop-offs as with adderall, zero withdrawal even after a month's break with no thought put into it. Has been the miracle drug for me, though I never thought such a thing would exist.

I take calcium benzonate antacid 30 minutes before, as well as having greesy food like a hash brown with some high base high alkaloid food like ripe banana or melon makes you get so much more out of it. I was buying the 100mg packs of Opia from headshops for $27.50, then another headshop was doing me 120mg of 7-tabs for $30.00. Now, I've found the best price at an unlikely source: a Marathon gas station service center, which sells individually wrapped EatPerkz brand 50mgs for $10 so 150mg for $30.00. I think kratom and 7-o saved my life because I have lost the desire to do absoluely any other drug- heroin fentanyl etc, simply because this is better. And yet its legal, sold safely from the convenience store, has low overdose potential, and isnt detected on drug tests. (Just had a major drug test for work and it detected nothing.) I am hoping it was PAWS, because my state of mind wasn't good at that point, and I'm not looking forward to it again.
