I used cocaine regularly in my early 20s. really fucked my brain up. That's what made me stop. Being super paranoid and shit all the time really became a nightmare. I was the typical, looking out my window shades all night type of user.
I would freak myself out about my health all the time.
quitting was easy asf for me. cold turkey. didn't do it for 10 years. did a line a few years ago for the nostalgia. didn't really do shit and I hated how bad my sinuses were fucked for the few days after.
