How do the UK cops do this so fast? Ive read so many reports of people being arrested over social media posts in which state the suspect was arrested the following day or within hours of them posting the comment. How do the Police act this fast?

Even if they are using their real names and post revealing data about themselves which the cops can use to narrow down a search, it should take them alot longer to get all the warrants necessary to raid someone's home. So wtf is going on?

Are people really that retarded that they use their real name, real email and real phone numbers to set up social media accounts now days? Or do cops in western nations have the power to quickly triangulate ones location in relation to a post on the internet? I dont take that many pre-cautions but I never use my real name, email or phone number and Ive never been caught or so much as questioned.
