Wrong, moron. If you think we need spare capacity for times when there's no wind or sun, then there are solutions to that problem which don't require fossil fuels. Solutions such as:
1) Nuclear power
2) Pumped hydro storage

They're glycerol based. You can produce that as a byproduct of petrochemical refining but its also a byproduct of biofuel production and can be harvested from various other organic sources.
It's not a requirement that you _need_ petrochemical oil to produce it. Which is what's being implied.
