So I just watched the documentary Earthlings, narrated by Joaquin Phoenix.
It really is devastating. Don't get me wrong I will never become a Vegan, I will keep eating meat, but mass productions of meat needs to stop.
I personally will stop any kind of fast food, and will only buy from my local butcher, no more product with already transformed meat inside etc.

most of what eat is our chickens. the only thing i buy are sausages but i think we might raise a pig or two going forward. theres are nice little local butchers that does a good deal on the kill and processing.

well, we dont really like butchering chickens but when you do it right they basically dont notice whats happening. you can kill them so quickly its like flicking off a switch. no struggle, no sign of distress etc. thats how it should be.
