First I wanna get started by saying the man is not perfect for sure and there is a lot of unneeded hype around his movement as there always is with any, but what he is encouraging is a clean, healthy lifestyle, ideally with AI intelligence that will help us live for hundreds if not thousands of years.

Before the AI revolution though. We still need to take care of our bodies. Due to him I have actually started changing many aspects of my life the past 3-5 months:
I workout more,
sleep 6-8 hours, ideally 7,
take 13 vitamins and fish oil, do redlight therapy,
got into derma rolling and gua sha and other oils that will help my skin become and stay more rejuvenated,
eat better specially more super foods like garlic, extra virgin olive oil, onions, vinegar, greens and fruits,
I try to purify my air, drink more water (though still working on getting rid of microplastics and many other things)
I think as nationalists we need to have healthy minds and bodies. Bryan is doing an amazing job so far. Anyone on the dont die movement?

I eat a natural (carnivorous) diet, get at least 1 hour of sun daily (without sunscreen), spend less time behind a screen, and do the bare minimum amount of exercise (higher intensity) to reduce systemic stress. I'm 43 and look way better than Johnson, I don't envy him. But I understand that he wouldn't be able to make any money if he lived naturally like this, it's why shills love pills, creams, and meme foods with high profit margins.

It's a bit ignorant to think that you can replace the incredibly complex balance of natural macro and micronutrients found in animal foods with some synthetic pills.
