The Lutherans kept the art and the vestments. They just made sure to inform the congregation that the art shouldn't be worshiped.

I'm not familiar enough with the topic to hold any view, but I have discovered that many disagreements aren't disagreements, but misunderstandings caused by language barriers. The East will often object to Protestant names for ideas you find in the Bible, in the Eastern fathers, and in their own hymns. The Protestants will often object to Eastern Orthodox names for ideas you find in the Bible and in the Protestant confessions.
One modern example is what Protestants call cheap grace, an idea where the fact that a true saving faith will cause works (James 2:14) is ignored. The East will often assume that a Protestant talking about salvation by faith alone preaches cheap grace. The matter isn't helped by the fact that some modern Protestants actually do preach cheap grace.
Another modern example is if someone from the East translates Theotokos as "mother of God", rather than as "God-bearer". The idea behind the title Theotokos is that Jesus was God while He was in Mary's womb. A Protestant uneducated in church history will assume that the Eastern Orthodox confesses that there was a time when the Son was not. Since Mary was the mother of Jesus she was technically speaking the mother of God, but Jesus has always existed.

Tell me about Norwegian Bibles. I know more about German Bibles. Catholics have the Einheitsübersetzung for the Holy Mass, the EKD, the Evangelical Church Germany has the Lutherbibel which has gone through many revisions through the centuries, Luther making his own last edit in 1545, and I see Hoffnung Für Alle translation even here in some bookstores; I assume it’s like the NIV, the New International Version in simple language. Could you take a picture of your Norwegian Bibles with the Apocrypha? I want to see how many books there are in the Apocrypha: I’ve read that Anglican-based Apocrypha such as in the King James Version and its descendants have 1 and 2 Esdras, and the Prayer of Mannaseh which the Lutherbibel does not have.
