Is Chess a feminist power fantasy?
The queen is by far the best piece of the board, and the king is the most useless piece of the board.
Should we get Trump to ban chess in America?

feminism is based though
queen gets killed
life goes on
king gets captured
it's over
This is a shit tier take. What the fuck has happened to Anon Babble?
There is multiple worldwide events going on and this board is filled up with this kind of bullshit? What the fuck is even this take? How did you come up with such a retarded idea and what the hell made you think posting it here would achive. Go fuck yourself you retarded fuckwit. You are making the world dumber with your actions.
You can even force your peasants to become new queen(s).
The king can teleport to any spot on the board.
I'm just waiting for that stupid fucking christcuck to show up in this thread
fed seething at the existence of an organic thread unrelated to preplanned events
You have 2 horses, do you need more?
queen is most powerful piece
this reflects how many kingdoms act during war. The queen has the most mobility in the entire kingdom with the king having the least. The queen will often travel to the other kingdom to sabotage it with the help of knights. She usually has a dagger with her that she uses to stab important people in the back. She manipulates people to her own ends.
The king must remain with defenses all around him. pawns and rooks. If it were a feminist society that queen would remain and the king would do all the work.
Spoken like a true retard.
the king is the most useless piece of the board.
Only 800 rated players think the king is useless. In the end game, the king becomes a very powerful piece.
The queen is the most important piece.... besides the king.
That's how it should be.
If you lose the king you lose the game.
If you lose the queen, you are on your way to losing the game.
In specific end game scenarios... The pawn race. Usually there is like 1 good piece left like a rook or a bishop or a knight. Most games never get to that point.
Again people are going to miss the point. The king is not suppose to be mobile he is suppose to be fortified. The queen is mobile... she is the one sacrificing herself for the "kingdom". If it were a matriarchy she'd be just like the king.
The queen is by far the best piece of the board, and the king is the most useless piece of the board.
Anon does not know that in uncucked countries this piece isn't named Kween
Stop making everything political, it's just a game
I like to kill that bitch as soon as I can. I usually just force a queen swap by starting with the scandinavian defense. And if they are unwilling to swap them it usually means they are going to open the right side up to allow the queen to just shit all over their back line.
This game needs a new modernized ruleset with a new "bull" breeder for the queen that spawns your opponets pieces on the king's lot.
In older versions of chess, the piece now known as the Queen, which was originally called a "vizier" or "ferz", moved only one square diagonally in any direction.
It was not originally a queen at all.
While this is the correct take you can also say that mastering your queen game is simple while mastering your king game is hard
Threads to related to planned events is more important than this nonsensical question. Finding the truth and exposing goverment and media lies is what made Anon Babble the enemy off the established media. This type of question furthers no discussiong. You can not possibly even belive in the point you are trying to make yourself. Chess is the enemy of feminism as it clearly exposes the difference between the genders in such a undeniable way. Female chess players are under no impression that they will ever be equal to a man. They are peak female.
a piece that moves in any direction diagonally for one square
Doesn't that mean that the bishop is better? Strategically its just a neutered king.
The king is very powerful in every endgame scenarios minus queen endgames. Having an active king is almost always the win condition.
Shut the fuck up GPT you fucking tin can
Only 800 rated players...
Most games never get to that point.
This nigga is far from 800.
she is the one sacrificing herself for the "kingdom"
Yes, you can throw that bitch to the wolves and find a new one. Fuck the queen, if it wins you the battle, she goes, no questions. You can even use her as bait, trapping inferior opponents with the same retarded chess-takes as you.
this^
plus you can always get more queens
Bro, let's ditch our bitches!
"Nah, I need her"
Proceeds to get fucked over by a woman.
Ironic.
Not sure if you are joking, but the game usually starts with 16 of those fuckers. Half of them are even black.
Niggawut?
Yeah, my retarded amphetamine-fuled ramblings wiht no coherent thoughts and grammatical errors out the wazoo can surely be nothing else than a gpt prompt. I do not confer with demons and they do not either control my dictonomy.
Poors a shandy
uw0tm8?
Most games never get to that point.
Most games go to the endgame, unless you are playing 800 noobs who fall for tricks and drop pieces or get mated.
unless you are playing 800 noobs who fall for tricks and drop pieces or get mated.
Dude fell for the scholars mate and decided it must be the feminists fault.
Usually there is like 1 good piece left like a rook or a bishop or a knight. Most games never get to that point.
Not in a competitive game
Relax Magnus
You can not win a endgame with a bishop. Winning with a rook or a knight is technically possible, but difficult to pull of and is usually concidered a draw.. A king+pawn endgame on the other hand is almost always concidered a win at higher levels.
I am not 800 like they said but I was going to say that is pretty much how the game ends. You either have a stalemate or your opponent makes a critical error with his king. Ive seen tons of grandmaster games that will have a forfeit before it gets to that point.
4. **The "Mad Queen" or "Queen's Leap" Revolution (Late 15th Century - roughly 1475-1500):**
* This is the critical period for your question. A radical change occurred, primarily in **Spain and Italy**, giving the Queen the massive power she has today (combining Rook and Bishop moves). This drastically sped up the game and made it much more dynamic.
* **Why did this happen?** This is where the "monarchical dynamic" comes in strongly:
* **Powerful Female Monarchs:** The late 15th century was a time of incredibly powerful and influential female rulers in Europe, particularly **Isabella I of Castile** (who reigned from 1474-1504). Isabella was a co-sovereign with Ferdinand II of Aragon, played a crucial role in the unification of Spain, sponsored Columbus, and was known for her strength and decisiveness. Her influence is often cited as a key inspiration for the Queen's newfound power on the chessboard. Other strong female figures, like Catherine the Great, Elizabeth I, or Mary Queen of Scots, came later but were part of a growing trend.
* **Cultural Shift:** There was a broader cultural shift towards valuing and recognizing the capabilities of women in leadership roles, even if it was still a male-dominated society.
* **Desire for a More Dynamic Game:** Chess had been a rather slow game for centuries. Players likely desired a more exciting, faster-paced, and tactically rich experience. Giving immense power to one piece achieved this immediately. The "Mad Queen" rule made the game far more popular and brought about the modern form of chess.
So, yes, the design of the Queen as the most powerful piece is **absolutely a reflection of monarchical dynamics and a broader cultural shift in Europe during the late 15th century**, specifically tied to the rise of powerful female figures like Isabella I, alongside a desire for a more exciting game. It's one of the most significant and symbolic changes in the history of chess.
I kinda want to try the game with the old piece...
The game was much slower and less dynamic. I'd rather play an updated chess that has drone warfare and forced conscription.
Visual impact will never replace addictive mechanics
I can't believe my joke post was actually true.
What the fuck.
king is the most important queen shares rank of husband its pure patriarchy, queen was always above 99.9% of men feminist do not want you to be cognizant of this
class trancends tribe and sex
and what the hell made you think posting it here would achive
You are making the world dumber with your actions.
proceeds to occupy 25% of the threads posting share
There are no moves in modern updated chess. The Bishops are replaced with "the Jew" and one of white's pieces is replaced with black on each turn.
Yes, I was hoping someone would adress this as I have been to embaraced to unsolicited admit that in my current drug-fueled state fell right in to the trap. What I really wanted to do tonight was to figure out who this "53-year-old white British man" really is, but this nigga has to go ahead and insult my livelyhood. In the same post I proclaim he is making the world dumber and my response to his actions just prove my sentiment. Thank you for pointing out my hypocracy, anon.
you lost, tranny
The Queen was originally called the Minister, because he's the right hand man of the King. But Queen Isabella from Spain wanted it changed to a Queen for some reason and it stuck.
Black king takes the white queen. Chess is the game of life.
That theory is gay as hell and have no evidence supporting it.
The queen (and bishops) was introduced because the game was boring as shit and often went nowhere. Several changes has been done to chess since it's inception and people are still trying to improve the game (ie. fischer random), because the game keeps being "solved" and subsequently becomes boring and predictable. The theory about the queen being a representation of Isabella is farely recent and brought forward by you know who.
Play me faggots
No.That is just a gay theory. It changed, yes, no one quite know why. What we do know is that queens existed on the chessboard long before Isabella was born.
correspondence game
No way, fag. 3+2 blitz or gtfo.
You can make multiple queens
The most beautiful tactics involve sacking the queen
Bitch is all day running around stucking her face in everybody's business
White pieces are better (first move)
chess is alright that is why you make sure you take the queen when you play it always do a center opening
I suggest you not be such a hypocrite maybe learn moral understanding and stop being a faggit
Thanks ChatGPT, have any sources for that?
The queen is by far the best piece of the board, and the king is the most useless piece of the board.
Why do you call it a queen? I know a language where it's just "commander".
What stupid libturd crap.
The queen is the highest point unit.
You lose with out a king.
Most pro players will take to knights over 1 queen yet the point system is basically universal.
Why does American ships not rust.
I am not supposed to tell you more then Sacrificial anodes.
You cant cheat Poseidons take.
They are all Sacrificial pecies for the king.
In that your equal.
that sounds stupid. for example in an endgame queen vs queen is always a draw. queen vs 2 knights is only if well positioned.
My highest fide standard rating is below 2000, so open to your explaination.
thx Grok
The queen was originally called the prime minister In oriental societies, it's still that way.
Westoid simp faggots turned it into the queen.
Idk man but Othello/Reversi is blacked porn
